Well done Spurs you held out for your win, this is another game this season Everton deserved more from but that's how it goes in football. I see many Spurs fans giving your keeper MOM & that tells how the game went. Richy very professional tucking a goal past us but in is heart he'll always be a BLUENOSE 💙class spent his time with the Everton (HIS 1st LOVE) fans after the match finished. We all know why we had to let him go but I'm sure he'll do a great job for Spurs. COYB 💙💥
Emerson always has time for fans after game. I note also that Richi went over to thank the Everton fans. They cheered him earlier, and many would gladly welcome him back to Goodison
95% of Everton fans love Richarlison and he loves our club. He used to go on Twitter arguing with lfc fans he's a toffee. Never will be a 20-25 season guy always 10- 15 but works his ass off.
Hojberg should at least thank the fans before leaving the pitch. Happy to see him go if he hates playing at Tottenham so much. What a bad example for the younger players.
As a Celtic supporter it’s good to see Ange bringing to Spurs what he brought to Celtic. To the players = these are the best days of your lives and should be heralded as such. To the fans = these are the reasons you love your club and why you’re here and you should be joyous. Yes, you need a reason to do all that. But Ange knows that’s his job and it’s his responsibility to make that happen. It’s on him. He’s not career building at 58 in self preservation mode. That’s his job. Making players better and making them perform to the best of their ability is his job. That’s now the benchmark of a manager and he’s setting a standard unheard of in modern football. No more whining and throwing players under the bus. No more whining at not being backed by £billions in the transfer market. Find a way to maximise the resources at your disposal and live with it. Yes, he needs more strength in depth and more first team players which has been borne out in the last few months with injuries. But… He’s the first manager in the lifetime of the EPL that hasn’t whined about not having and wanting “better players” than everyone else in order to win matches. Fergie had the best players, and the rest of the league was poor by todays standards, and I say that as his mentor in his early days was a player and manager who was my manager back in the day. Many moons ago at St Johnstone. Back when football was enjoyable, win, lose or draw. Sadly times have changed and there is no joy outwith winning, as the stakes are high and money is king. Money that really makes no difference to most EPL clubs when you’re up against clubs backed by wealth funds with unlimited resources. What the EPL doesn’t need as a worldwide spectacle that provides the bulk of the money from neutrals, is scrotes like Neville and Carragher having a meltdown when the usual suspects don’t win…..ie their team. They totally ruin the experience with their “should win” bullshit. Ironically based on ££ resources now, but not back in the day. Anyway, the problem with the EPL is that there’s not enough success to go around. 16 clubs are making up the numbers and are only there to have the top 6 clubs play them and smack them. That is there only purpose of existing. Liking football without winning something is a problem going forward for most clubs. The Champions League should be sued under the Trade Descriptions Act. How can three or four clubs that didn’t win their league be in a league of champions? It’s all about a day out on the piss now as any real competition has gone. Merry Christmas.
@@jase77. Nah...It's not just the defence line is poorer on 2nd half. midfield keeps making passing mistakes as well. We've lost many ball and didn't press them as hard to get the ball back compared to 1st half. Finishing was not clinical compared to 1st half too. Is juz the team spirit
@@tommychan7051 I agree the midfield were making mistakes in that second half but when Romero came off a lot changed. This system starts from building from the back.
@@jase77.When Romero was replaced after half time, our defence got worsened. Richy and Sarr were also substituted later on and our attack didn’t have any more spark upfront even with GLC coming in. GLC looked promising but it didn’t offer much threat to Everton. Hojbjerg didn’t help much to improve the defence and in midfield. Skipp was also not pressing hard enough, he was always loosing out in tight situation and often get overran to the ball easily by the opponent. With him as the 6, our defence are much more weaker and we will concede early against Brighton in our next match. I see us loosing to them 3:1 next Thursday night. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 that I hope I am wrong. COYSssss!
Nope! That's the core of what Ange is trying to get into our boys now! We fight for it, all the time! Even when we have a bad run, til we get that 'Spursy' bs out of our game! Long may it continue!
Not a good performance after we scored the 2nd goal..what matter most is the 3 pts..the team defended well..Iv been a spurs fan since 1968..it was frightening towards the end after Gomez scored Everton goal.
Welcome back Lo Celso. You sure made your mark there upon returning, providing us with 2 or more chances. Sad those chances weren't converted into goals but it takes off at least a bit of stress off of me. Big ups for Everton, they were a force to be reckon with. Just wish they had a more exciting winning streak before us, good things must come to an end. #COYS

Don't think Ange was too impressed with the Everton flog on their bench who refused to shake hands right at the start of the video. Not sure he'll lose too much sleep over it though...
According to footage shown from the Spurs bench in the second half, it appears to have been pain in the back of his right thigh. We hope it's nothing serious 🙌🏽

Merry Christmas🎄🥳🎁
well , I start my Christmas with a smile indeed ! thank you
Spurs, thank you Chris, Happy Holidays everyone !
Been a supporter since 1949. Long time ago seen some great games from my Tottenham side
This Game was not one of them
1949 bro, that’s awesome. COYS!
Well said and thank you.
Bit of a choker. What a team, what a club, what a fan base. Amazing. TTID.
Wow, great seats! Thanks for all you do Chrissy, feels like I’m there.
The best player today is Son Heung-min. No one can deny it. Go Sonny.
Really?
Big Vic man of the match. Porro, Emerson, Sarr all better than Sonny today.
Vicario was man of the match on Tottenham. Son had good movement, but needed more presence in second half.
despite the goal Sonny didn't look well today. Motm was easily Vicario. Emerson did great too.
Venom ?
Good to see Danjuma out there doing good. Almost gave me a heart attack though
Am going to get over for a game sometime, been a fan 63 years on my bucket list.
I'll buy you a beer mate
