I’m 50 years old and I grew up on heavy metal and classic rock. My daughter and I saw these dudes in Dallas back in 2014, ever since then I’ve been hooked. Artists like this are once in a blue moon in my opinion.
What a beautiful comment, I even got emotional! Music really unites us all! I share the same opinion, It's not always that we see artists like them and once we see them live that's no return!!!
Same thing happened to me at the trench tour. Recently happened again at a Sleep Token concert, nobody will ever make me feel the way TOP will though 😅
Hehe. Over here in the UK my 2 daughters were obsessed with T0P, and still do love them, going to see them live a few times. I never really showed much interest before but now it has completely switched round. I'm now so into T0P I worry that I'm getting on their nerves! Oops 🤣
@@Vetforlife I'm 54 and feel the same abt them. Music is my passion and I've listened to so many bands since I was a teen. When I discovered TOP I became obsessed abt them and dig the rabbit hole. The further I go, more I love them ✌🏾❤️
I'm 57 and took my twin daughters to see TOP 6 years ago in Chicago. Been a fan of them since. I'm also into metal and classic rock. But these guys are just so damn talented, it's hard not to love them.
You're correct...one of the bishops seized Trash the Dragon in the Saturday video to rescue Tyler and Josh and was subsequently killed by the other bishops. In this video, Tyler is able to seize that Bishop's body.
YES!!!! This is in my top five TOP songs of all time, and I have never hit a notification so fast in my life!!! Tyler/Clancy's little robot dance while he's controlling Keons the Bishop just fills my heart with so much joy. Keons actually betrayed the other Bishops in the Saturday video, so Clancy/Tyler could escape the submarine, hence why he was killed at the beginning. You're officially in Clancy territory next, and I absolutely cannot wait for you to enjoy this masterpiece in all its glory! ❤
Have you guys watched the ImClancy video yet? It quickly explains the storyline using clip’s from all the lore vids you’ve watched. You guys are getting close.
Also the cute little furry creature is NED. He made his appearance in their Chlorine video. The band has said that Ned represents the idea of creativity and trying to care for and please it. Ned is an acronym for Neuro-Expansion Device.
this picks up from Saturday - the bishops figured out that one of their own (Keons) helped free Clancy from the submarine, so they take him out - Clancy is washed up into this new island after escaping the sub and here he finds this new power that he can use to defeat the bishops even if he's outside of Dema (as you said he's starting to fight back instead of run away from his problems, like he was doing through Trench) - this is the last scaled and Icy video, next in the storyline would be Overcompensate off Clancy the song itself in real life is about the music industry and how they were the biggest thing at one time and now maybe they aren't the mainstream power player they used to be - some acts have tried to copy them, etc and maybe now they're on the outside looking in (which is fine with them) - "you can pay the cover charge, i'm in the street" - you can bow down to the industry, i'll be out here doing my own thing
Ned (the creature) first appeared in Chlorine. Ned and the antlers symbolized Tyler creative process. He figured out in this video that using his artistry and his creative outlet is a way to fight his mental health (demons… Blurryface aka Nico) When you watch Chlorine remember that’s it about the creative process and the message of the song is that Tyler needs to be honest and genuine (clean) in order to create. Ned won’t swim until he puts enough chlorine in the pool. Ned (creativity) needs to be clean (pure honest) enough for Tyler to create (swim)
Welcome to the rabbit hole of Twenty One Pilots! They have so many deep BARS in their songs. Not sure if this is the list you guys have but you have missed a lot of lore songs. Start with the earlier stuff because it all connects. Start with the album Vessels. That’s where it all starts to connect. They have an earlier album named after themselves but do those songs after. This is the order you should go in. Start with “Car radio”, then “Ode to Sleep”, “Migraine”, “Holding on to you”, “Guns for hands”, and “Trees”( live from the fox theatre). After that album you’re gonna head to “Blurryface”. From that album you should listen to “Stressed out” after that do “Lane Boy”, “Ride”, “Tear in my heart”, Fairy local”, The judge”, Message man”, “Goner” and finish with “Heavydirtysoul” Then it goes to the album “Trench”. Start with “Jumpsuit”(it’s the continuation of Heavydirtysoul) then “Nico and the Niners”, “Levitate” after that do “The Hype”(Regular version and Berlin version) then “Cholrine”, “Neon Gravestones”, followed by “Moph”, “Bandito”, “Pet Cheetah” and finish with “Leave the City”. After is the Scaled and Icy album with “Shy away”, “Saturday”, “Outside”, for the music videos. Then go in order from the album then check out the live performance which plays more into the Dema lore. And then before the new album Clancy you need to watch the video “I am Clancy” which explains most of the lore. After that start with “ Overcompensate” then “Backslide” then “Routines in the night” followed by “Vignette” then “Navigating” and ending with “Paladin Striat”
Nico and the bishops can take over dead bodies using the old magic, shown as the horns. In Saturday a Bishop betrayed Nico, possessed the dragon and attacked the submarine. Why? Who knows, but Nico and the other bishops have him killed for the betrayal. Tyler and Josh wash up on an island where the thought to be extinct creatures with the horns(and by extension the magic possession), which they gift to Tyler. Tyler uses this new found power to take possession of the recently deceased bishop and sends a message to Nico, who poops a little. Great video, I love the megatron line.
idk if yall have already filmed the album reaction but try to watch all the videos as well, you could do the video reactions after the album! theres only 3 lore related (overcompensate, navigating, paladin strait) but all of the videos are 100% worth reacting to i promise!
They are not demons; they are bishops, 9 bishops who practice "Vialism" which is a religion based on $uicid3 and stuff like that. The main bishop is Nico, AKA, Blurryface and all of them represent Tyler's deepest fears. Such a good reactions tho! I love these a lot!
Watch the I am Clancy video. It’s not music, but an explanation of the lore narrated by Tyler. No need to react to it, just let Tyler help you connect the dots.

Yes!
That one is next ❤
Everything will make more sense after watching it
it’d be really cool to see you guys react to the hype & then the hype location session or tyler’s storyteller performance!
Also the cute little furry creature is NED. He made his appearance in their Chlorine video. The band has said that Ned represents the idea of creativity and trying to care for and please it.
Ned is an acronym for Neuro-Expansion Device.
"Pet cheetah" by them kinda reminds me of what you were talking about, and Tylers anxiety in making music and his fear to keep it going

The kids at the end of the video are also the same ones from Nico and the Niners.
And then unfortunately become zombies in Paladin Straight
NEXT U have to do “I Am Clancy” yes it’s TØP but they made it right before Clancy dropped to help
Those 2 kids at the end were the same two kids at the end of the Nico and the Niners video. That's what the quick flashes at the end were showing.
Lol we kinda joke how were in a cult 😅 enjoyed again, thanks guys

This song is saying that all the other songs sound the same, and when he says “am I on the outside” he saying am I my own thing creatively basically
That is Ned from Chlorine.✌️😊🌼
👋👋🐰

All the pieces will fall into place when you watch the video called I Am Clancy.
Let’s go! Always excited when I see yall do twenty one pilots
I am enjoying watching your reactions. You are doing a great job figuring things out, but "I am Clancy" video will help a lot.
Great reaction guys …. Y’all should watch the I am Clancy video to help with putting the story together before y’all jump into the Clancy album
idk if yall have already filmed the album reaction but try to watch all the videos as well, you could do the video reactions after the album! theres only 3 lore related (overcompensate, navigating, paladin strait) but all of the videos are 100% worth reacting to i promise!

You gotta watch chlorine!! We all love Ned!
10:15 “Who knows…”
The Clique knows 😁
The cave music sounds so much like Ruby!
It’s migraine I believe
Next in the storyline is overcompensate which you've already watched. ;)
Watch the I am Clancy video. It’s not music, but an explanation of the lore narrated by Tyler. No need to react to it, just let Tyler help you connect the dots.
I am Clancy video is next then you need to re-react to Overcompensate. I feel like it will make WAY more sense now that you’ve followed the storyline.
🌻
Time to watch I am clancy
I Am Clancy is next 👏
Chlorine will explain the creature's
The skeleton Clique is the best
I would watch the I am Clancy video before you get to Overcompensate, it will explain ALOT😊
Watch "I am Clancy" next...it will catch you up and make it all make sense to you.

I know you watch a few at a time so I hope you see this before. Now is when you need to watch I am Clancy. Then you're to the Clancy album.
