I'm just back from holidays, and if staff were that aggressive about getting a review, it would put me off and make me more likely to leave poor feedback. That's like asking for a tip before you give good service; it's not the time to ask...
Like your channel and your tips are always helping out. I had the same experience in my vacation in Egypt, but it’s kind of a small line bc it also could seem kind of aggressive. I like the approach more, when the costumer is satisfied (after the trip or what you sell) you ask if he can do you a small favor, bc it would make a big difference. Give them a small sheet with a QR code and the steps to take. Works really good for my business. Thanks again für your Tipps 👍🏻
This is 100% proven strategy to get review. Which is physically and face to face doing it with the customer. We have a very similar strategy and works 100%.
Hey Zanet do you know if you covered Pre-Defined Services for GMB in a video? And mainly regarding how many Primary category services you can have and how many secondary you can have? I’m just wanted to confirm and not sure if you know or not, but I heard that you should only have 1 primary and 1-2 secondary max, otherwise it will water down your ranking. Unless for your secondary categories you have a dedicated service page for each category then you can have more then 2. Do you know if this sounds about right?
it's a great question and I've coved it a few times in various videos. they used to say max categories out eg 1 primary 9 secondary. that is no longer right as the guidelines have changed. now my advice is use as few as possible to fully describe your business. so that may vary. in my video example we looked at a shoe shop in the UK, that does engraving, key cutting and sells trophies as well as shoe repair as you can imagine it's quite a tough decision refining such diverse services from one shop
@@ZanetDesignthanks for your help. Ok so do the minimum. I heard however that if you build out a dedicated service page for those additional ones that you can then have more then the 2 for the secondary? Have you heard anything about this?
Wow...This seems a little like harrassment to guest if they just arrived at the hotel. Also it seems like an added task for employees. Not sure I like the push tactics. 😬
Too aggressive..they probably attended like you did because of all the reviews. Didn’t look too special to me. So this is completely misleading. But on arrive all becomes clear.
