Relay is not a stabilizer, it will pass high current from battery to load directly not via switch.
Relay takes low current as input and converts it into high current required by the 90/100 v bulbs. If you don't install relay, your car battery life will decrease..
hi, one more doubt. in fog lamp area can we use long range projector lamp? in night it will be beneficial. and due to less installation height, it wont create any issue to travelers coming from opposite side of road. may be stupid question.

You can go for night eye or osram led setup ... But you can try 90/100 bulb with relay it will give you better results

hi, nice info. I have 2014 wagon R. I also changed my bulb to 90/100 with the help of similar cutout / kit from (didn't remember company name but it has bosch relay ) but after use of 4 to 5 years , fuse just didn't shut off, its burnt. So after that incident for safety purpose, I removed that and used company bulb which is 50/65 , but with modified beam projection. Can you guess any reason for burning of fuse along with its housing? is that kit reusable?

मेरी वॅगन आर (old model) में low bim पर दोनो हेडलाईट जलते है। लेकिन high bem mode पर आहे ही लेफ्ट साईड की एक ही हेडलाईट बंद होती है । और राईट साईड हेडलाईट चलती है। प्लिज कोई व्हिडीओ बनाईए या रिप्लाय में solution बताईए।

Hi , I have upgraded my wagnor bulbs after watching this video , i have installed philips 90/100 watt same like you, but still my vision is not as per yours i face problem while driving in highways or on road where there is no street lights.
I have halogen fogg lamps but those are not helpfull for visibility.

For stingray projector ate hai usme HID lagwa skte ho or Norma wale me 90/100 wali bulb with relay or agr wo nhi krna hai toh projector wale foglamp lgwa lena best rhega apke lie 😊

Phir headlight assembly shell change karna padhta hai. Matlab 3000-4000 ka kharcha. Issliye, yeh reason hai company 55/60 ka bulb lagati hai aur 100/90 ka nahi lagati.

I also got Philips XTREME VISION H412V 60/55 price for 2 bulb 1087 Rs replaced from authorized dealer Maruti Suzuki. But there was no difference in any more light. Like you told, there is a lot of problem in driving at night to see the road. I have a 2009 model, can it change the light in it. It will be safe for battery, car and lamp.

yes, same bulbs replaced for my wagon R. slightly increase in light. but with kit and 90/100 bulb it was very very better. but due to some reason fuse and housing gets burnt. So for safety purpose , i removed that.

Indian Government for Transportation only allows bulbs of 55 to 60W so did you check that before you installed 90 to 100W bulbs?

To the point video, I have a query my both head lamps are of after market, one is of Minda and one is of Lumax, but now I am not getting focused light, I mean it's kind of dispersed, so very very low visibility, so the mechanic is now recommending that buy MGP headlights, it would be costly for me as headlights are only 5 days old..
My question is if I use these 90/100w bulb, then will it solve my problem of low visibility?
May be it can solve but in 90/100w bulb they create problem in headlight due to maximum heat they produce but after market headlights are not good as company fitted.
But if you want to do thi really kit and bulb then go to the shop at evening and tell that shopkeeper if lights are visible then I'll buy other wise i am not buying
One more thing you can do is that go for fogg light use iph projector they gives you better performance

For 12V system Max allowed wattage for headlamps is 55w, that is the reason even for luxury cars you will see 35W/55W ballast even in HID kit not more than that. Please verify this from your end once.

I am always using low beam not sure about others but if you have installed these kind of bulb use always low beam 👍 it is not any kind of stupidity it just to be a safe of roads .
