Right limiting it to three is not easy but respect that challenge, and won't include any Greatest Hits type collections. The Beatles certainly give me number one of the three, but I always preferred Abbey Road as it was released on my first party time at Uni in 69 and we bought it and listened to it almost all night. The other two are just favourite albums and the fact I played them over & over again right through - one is Eric Carmen, the other Bridge over Troubled Water by Simon & Garfunkel. I never saw any of these artistes live (except Paul McCartney). Who's Next would indeed come next, probably equal with Supertamp's Crime of the Century (and I've seen both live). Now to change the subject - I spend a lot more time looking at YT videos and DVDs and two by my favorite band Procol Harum are simply better than these, especially as I was at both concerts - Union Chapel in London and Ledreborg in Denmark (with orchestra & choir). And to complete your confusion the two best live gigs I ever went to were Status Quo and Glen Campbell on his farewell tour...... and my greatest regrets were never seeing these two great artistes live - Joe Cocker & John Miles. Now work that lot out!
