Hey Tom! I’m a student dental hygienist and I would recommend just a bog standard Colgate or oral B toothpaste, as nothing they sell in the shops will whiten your teeth, only professional whitening can do this! The whitening toothpastes are also quite abrasive so can actually cause more yellowing over time. Hope this helps! Also absolutely love the vlogs, watch them religiously and have been watching you for over 10 years now 😊

I personally love the longer vlogs! As a college student, I usually start watching them mid-day and then pause and will resume watching after classes are over! I also love how the vlogs focus a lot more on Alfie and all things parent life! It's awesome! They don't always have to be extremely busy, and you don't always have to be doing tons of stuff. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way; we all love your vlogs regardless! 🤗🤗😁

Just throwing in my comment, I watch every vlog everyday. I watch RUclips more so than I do television shows / streaming network shows. So watching your videos and the rest of my Sub box is part of my day to day.
With that said, I've been watching you on here and the gaming channel since practically day one. People forget that youtube use to not like videos over 10 minutes. It was really until you and the rest of the early vlogers started to get big that they extended to liking longer form videos. just so crazy to see how you, your channels and this platform have changed over the years.

Not sure if it’s in the UK but spotlight orla care whitening toothpaste is very good, they also do strips for teeth whitening you do once every 6 months and all together make a solid difference

i watch every vlog, i usually chill and have my dinner watching it so when its under 20 mins i usually watch another video while eating and i watch the shorter vlog the next day so for example i watched yesterdays vlog and this vlog one after the other tonight so its like 1 long vlog, i love every vlog and for me its the best part of my day after work or whatever that i can lay down, chill and watch the journey unfold, much love Tom 👊

Long Vlogs or short ones, always make time to watch even if i have to split them over a day or 2, and always manage to catch up after being 5+ Vlogs behind XD , Keep up the amazing work, 9/10 times i watch them before work, they come through around 5:30am-ish for me in Australia, around when i get up and start getting ready for work

PS regarding the length of the vlogs, honestly, I watch everything. The longer vlogs are awesome. But obviously not every day is a go go go day, and sometimes there are shorter vlogs. Okay, so I watch the vlogs every single night as soon as they are released! I can’t explain how cosy they make me feel! I do prefer a longer vlog as I feel like I become really invested in your life and what you’re up to next! I tend to watch shorter vlogs when I’m busy doing something and need to have something on in the background, but then I rewatch them to soak it all in properly 😊

Tom!!! Water is the best thing for ya! I have found that having a 32oz bottle helps me drink a lot more than I usually do. Personally I find that I gain a lot of energy if I finish one of those bottles in the first hour I’m awake. Give it a go!
don't care of length but I do prefer 25-45 min vlogs, dont care what you show, not everything has to be crazy or special, just enjoy watching you being you.

I know I'm late to this but when I see a 40min + vlog I watch it immediately but when I see 10-15mins I save it for the next day and watch 2 vlogs back to back. For me 30-60 min vlogs are my fave cause I can sit down kick back and have a snack 🥨

When it's a shorter vlog I tend to find it hard to sit and watch it i just put it on while walking around the house and tend to get dirstrated and turning my phone off. A long one I get myself settled and ready to watch it through till its finished 😊
Tooth paste. Doesn’t bleach your teeth white but if you use a purple toothpaste the purple counteracts the yellow stains and makes them look white. I’ve used strips. Paste, etc but never found anything to work
