Remember when the red drops out of your RGB cable.... I used to find it quite irritating! I wonder whatever became of Mark Gayson? He was Lighting for H&C back then... Did he stayin the USA at the end of the tour? Great solid performance.... I don't think the folks over there got the pub rock vibe.. their loiss- what a great band! And where was John Archer and Doug Falconer? Sadly missed ... He built the best PA system -The first line array I ever mixed on!
Letterman's producers always had the house band play with their guests, regardless of the act, until he changed shows in 1993. The Crowdies, Joe Jackson, Huey Lewis and the News and many others weren't exempt from this.
That's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. In today's parlance that would definitely be deemed trashing the brand. WTF happened? There's a story here.
Letterman was fortunate to have H&C.
Love the live brass 🥰, can’t do this song without it.
Goinging to appear in Mannum by the River Murray in South Australia April 9 2022. Yipee.
4:32 - the moment Paul Schaffer realised the future CBS Orchestra needed a brass section.
What a great performance! Thanks for sharing. H&C!
Dude the bass player is killing it!
They used to play this every morning in elementary school I’m getting flashbacks
Everybody focuses on Midnight Oil, but H&C is the best australian group of the 80's.

'Ken oath boys, bloody smashed it
Wonder how they really felt about not performing with John Archer & Doug Falconer - Australian rock music deserves better
Yep, though it got a pass, that was a Hunnas cover band. Where the fuck was the rhythm section and who let that happen?
@@KevKavanagh Yep, it didn't really smash it like they used too...
