I think they should make a prequel where john wick is still an active hitman, how he met his wife, how he ended up working with vigo, and how and why did he become an hitman
I went into the cinema without any expectations. 15 minutes in and John Wick was riding a horse through NYC beating up guys on motorcycles. Expectations shattered.
Something I found interesting throughout all 3 movies was that in the first one, both Winston and Wick's hair was more sleeked back and straight. Then in the second one, it was wavier. Then the third, it was messier. The farther they go, the deeper into the rabbit hole they go.
So true….. the action was so awesome and that it kind of takes you back to win you were to see like Bruce Lee movies just I mean all of those movies that were so action pack that have been lost for so long he just would like to thank them for bringing that action back to film as in cinematography because I know they’re different It’s awesome. Sofia’s dog isn’t killed. She has two dogs, one of which the guy demands to keep as a gift. When she refuses, he shoots the dog, but the dog is wearing a bulletproof harness/vest. You literally watch her rush to the dog and pick the bullet off of the vest.
Also, the video repeatedly refers to the John Wick movies as a trilogy. If it were a trilogy, Parabellum would’ve definitively ended the story which it clearly did not. A trilogy is not simply “three movies”.

"Be seeing you" is a way for John Wick's villains to tell John that they're all going to Hell. John killed them, so they're going before him. But they all know that John will inevitably die someday.....

Nah - part of the fun and mystique of John Wick is that by not having a concrete backstory (something we have definitely seen) it allows us to use our imaginations to make up whatever we want. That said, I wouldn't be opposed to a few flashbacks to some of his earlier jobs - just not an entire story/movie that would (in effect) limit what could be by making x, y, & Z canon and nothing else.
I really like Keanu. He works hard to get things as perfect as he can. I admire his work ethic, working with weapons and props to perfection. He's said to be the best in the business with regard to guns and other weapons, said by many directors who've worked with him. So sorry to hear about such tragedy he's had to endure and sincerely hope he's okay now. I haven't watched any of the John Wick movies, but I will now!

Well, Matrix was William Gibson's books ripoff that at least tried to come with a pretension of complex motivations and deeper character development. In John Wick, the plot is just a paper thin excuse for a constant "stylish" shootout that converges to the same pointlessness as matrix - constant combat between invulnerable characters becomes inevitably boring.
One of my favorite tv series is THE PRISONER (1967-1968) starring Patrick McGoohan. "Be seeing you", is a major catch phrase in the series. Maybe someone involved with the John Wick series is a fan. Both series involve a lone man standing up to seemingly insurmountable odds in a slightly surreal world. Just a thought.

Keanu as Constantine would have made a fantastic trilogy. Just hit audiences at the wrong time. Still one of my favorite films. It would have been great to see Bale/Pattison and Reeves as a Justice League Dark live action... I think they'd get on well.
It actually would be pretty cool if after Keaunu hangs it up they find suitable successors to carry on the franchise for decades. I could really see it being like the American version of the James Bond series.

The commitment and dedication of the training he did for the movies was truly worth the effort. Hope there will be a next chapter and hope it won’t just end like the matrix trilogy.
Best Action Franchise of the New Millenium. Though the Marvel and DC movies have been a lot of fun. John Wick was EPIC!! The fight scenes/gun battles were truly creative. Keanu's RL Martial Arts training lent a very realistic feel to the fight sequences. Fast Paced. Interesting storyline..and is it me or does Keanu just keep getting better looking with time ;-)
I'm an Aussie and I really think this Reeves actor is just excellent with the John Wick series just excellent . The story line is fun and imaginative but the close combat and gun action is just so much fun and entertaining . Well done to the narrator here too

What would have been my younger brother was still born, as well as what would have my third child, a girl. The tragedy of such a loss is indescribable and haunts your psyche for years thereafter, until you are able to make peace with it.

Also, to me, the end of the fight with Zero ("Don't worry about me, John. I just gotta catch my breath.") really seems like a nod to Monty Python and the Holy Grail ("Tis but a scratch").
The John wick trilogy is much better then the matrix trilogy,for me anyway.

Well, Matrix was William Gibson's books ripoff that at least tried to come with a pretension of complex motivations and deeper character development. In John Wick, the plot is just a paper thin excuse for a constant "stylish" shootout that converges to the same pointlessness as matrix - constant combat between invulnerable characters becomes inevitably boring.

One of my favorite tv series is THE PRISONER (1967-1968) starring Patrick McGoohan. "Be seeing you", is a major catch phrase in the series. Maybe someone involved with the John Wick series is a fan. Both series involve a lone man standing up to seemingly insurmountable odds in a slightly surreal world. Just a thought.

As much as I like the Wick franchise, the third one made it look like everyone in the world is an assassin.
Keanu as Constantine would have made a fantastic trilogy. Just hit audiences at the wrong time. Still one of my favorite films. It would have been great to see Bale/Pattison and Reeves as a Justice League Dark live action... I think they'd get on well.

He had still born baby but he had it with her fling Syme was niot his GF,nor fiance,they never lived together ,never had plans marry- They broke up by october1999 -there was not big love story, they were just lover,and had fling,of course he was sad ,and mourns when she and baby died,but there is nothing what people think-He bought her house and want be co-parent but nothing more
@@bibapriel6280 she was her fiancee. They were gonna get married after Ava was born, but when she died her mum experienced severe post partum depression and the couple just couldnt handle the trauma and they split, they remained Friends though. 8 months later she died in a car accident.

Best Action Franchise of the New Millenium. Though the Marvel and DC movies have been a lot of fun. John Wick was EPIC!! The fight scenes/gun battles were truly creative. Keanu's RL Martial Arts training lent a very realistic feel to the fight sequences. Fast Paced. Interesting storyline..and is it me or does Keanu just keep getting better looking with time ;-)
I'm an Aussie and I really think this Reeves actor is just excellent with the John Wick series just excellent . The story line is fun and imaginative but the close combat and gun action is just so much fun and entertaining . Well done to the narrator here too
