Banff Lake Louise in winter is truly what can be described as a winter wonderland. We filmed this video in mid November when Lake Louise started to freeze, but area already got a lot of snow. It was beautiful magical winter morning - a bit cold though, with extremely cold temperature.
Winter in Banff and Lake Louise, located in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Canada, is a truly magical experience. After a heavy snowfall, the landscape is transformed into a winter wonderland, with the towering peaks of the mountains blanketed in a thick layer of snow.
The trees, which are often covered in a dusting of frost, glisten in the sunlight as the snow crunches underfoot. The air is crisp and refreshing, and the silence is broken only by the sound of skis gliding over the snow. Whether you're an avid skier or snowboarder, or just enjoy taking in the beauty of nature, a winter visit to Banff and Lake Louise is an experience you'll never forget.

Absolutely beautiful, it's just as I remembered it, so cold but so breath taking, it's another world, magical, your work is incredible, I know how hard it is just to film for a couple of minutes in that cold !
Are you going to film in the future at FERNIE in B.C if you have not been it will blow you away, the community & vistas are truly jaw dropping especially in Winter time, you would make my year if you could go there & film in & around like you have done here !!! I would live in FERNIE in a heart beat, I've been there 3 or 4 times, all in the winter time & one time to qualify as a Canadian Ski Instructor. I would be completely blown away if you brought this beautiful place to people, I fell in love Completely.
I never knew about Fernie until you mentioned and I looked up on internet. Looks like awesome place. Now, I have to go back to Rockies again and definitely would love to film it. Thank you!
@@lvfreeAdventures you will fall in love with FERNIE it's a truly magical place not touristy a proper community, but tourism is on the up ! It's so beautiful & the people so kind, it's one of those places that some people visit & never leave, you will see when you go to visit & film there. I would live there in a heart beat, but I live on the edge of the "Yorkshire Dales " which is beautiful so I'm lucky !! I'm a Canadian Ski Instructor & devoted emtb rider. Look forward to your film work on FERNIE it's got a great all year round vibe; loads going on in the summer & the winter you'll have to do both. Banff is in south-west part of Alberta and much closer to Calgary, just about 78 miles
