Nice informative video. There is one thing that all of us should be aware of. Hello Custom has a size limit on what they can customize. For instance, they cannot customize blankets 30 x 40 in. and larger. This means that I have to manually customize the blankets that I will be selling. This is very disappointing as Hello Custom fails to mention this in their promotional videos.
