I agree, Gilbert is one of a kind. Hilarious and has zero filter while also being an incredible player and a very high IQ analyst of the game-- he's legitimately just...awesome.
But at the risk of being pedantic... he's actually mis-remembering (or more likely just embellishing for the sake of the story). After the 2 missed free-throws, with 14 seonds left, he did rush to double LeBron at half court -- but Bron then actually passed to Larry Hughes...who then passed it to DJ for the corner game winning 3.

Honestly, I think[in my opinion] that Lebron really has no business going over to Gilbert Arenas at the free throw line saying things to him; regardless. The only person(s) who I'd blame for this are the officials, because they let Lebron get away with what he did; and I once heard someone said that they don't like it. However, Lebron really shouldn't be walking over to the free throw line and starts whispering to someone on the other team. Gilbert isn't his teammate; so the only player(s) who really should be talking to him at the free throw line are his teammates.

@TheRealist811 Lebron took the 2007 Cavs to the finals at age 22 when Jordan couldn’t get out of the first round. Jordan without Pippen is pretty much James Harden.
@TheRealist811 Lebron losing in the finals WAS NOT because he was reluctant to take the last shot. He lost to the better team at least 4 times. It's not much any superstar can do about that.
