It's such a long time ago but didn't they play on Meri having a sister die young of cancer with young children. Robyn played up her fear of what would happen to her kids if this happened to her.. Meri may have suggested the divorce but only having been manipulated into doing something ro save Robyn's kids!

Christine told Meri she loved her while attending one of the recently televised events. It may have been Gwen's engagement party. It is possible to love and care about someone while at the same time choosing to go your separate way. And they are encouraged and paid to discuss how they feel about one another. They all do it.
She can speak on anything she wants. She was in that family and of course she doesn't like them. Meri is as dumb as a bag of rocks. And Robyn the biggest manipulator. Who would like that. Don't be mad because Christine actually tells the truth
Christine is a liar. She knows what her fandom wants to hear. And so she serves up the red meat that she thinks they want to hear, whether it’s true or not. Meri called Janelle and Christine over to her house to tell them she was divorcing Kody so that he could legally marry Robyn and adopt her kids. Both Christine and Janelle were shocked. Christine said, “Geez, Mer.” If Robyn actually did what Christine said in last night’s episode, and planted the seed of the divorce, there is no way Christine would not have mentioned it during a couch confessional when the divorce storyline was happening. Both the fact that Christine seemed genuinely shocked, and the fact that neither she or Janelle mentioned back then Robyn planting a seed, tells me it did not happen. This is Christine being the liar she is and serving up the red meat against Robyn that she knows her sick fandom wants to hear.
You do know people can analyse and see the wider picture when looking back? Often more clearly especially when subsequent events gave happened. It let's people see patterns
I think it is Robyn that has shown a pattern of being extremely cunning and manipulative. I suspect both Robyn and Kody used various tactics to get Meri to divorce Kody. They are probably not even consciously aware of what they are doing. They have no self-awareness and both of them have obviously lied in numerous confessionals. If I had to place a bet on it, I would bet that Robyn is the one lying.

At least Christine raised children and worked. Robyn has never worked since she has been in the family and contributed nothing to the entire family. Robyn is a taker and that contributed to the destruction of the family. Plus, she is continuously acting going so far as to pretend to cry even when there is nothing to cry about. She is fake and just joined the family to have someone else financially provide for children she could not care for.
