Super cool that your kids are involved in the projects and work around the farm, those skills are going to be useful later! Plus all that outside playtime. I know as an adult I'm glad I had those opportunities as a kid.
Your place is coming on very nicely. I like to see the girls helping out and having fun in the process. I love all the greenery that you are surrounded by. There is something about nature that makes us feel calm and so good within. I love country living.
Credit to the girls giving it a good go with the hurling, it's not an easy sport to pick up. Workshop looking great now, it'll be such a great space to work on a host of projects going forward.
Great Video, I don’t have electricity so I use a Jackery explorer 500 but I bought it with a fold up solar panel( no good here in County Mayo) a mistake but Jackery works well for me keeping phone and iPad charged then Generator tops it up once a week. Your eco flow looks great. Your lightings brilliant. Kids look happy, well done dad
thanks we had a great time this week but looking forward to Annies return :) The Ecoflow seems to do a good job. it can only take a 350w solar panel though but I'm interested to see how it does with that. I know a few people with the Jackery and also the bluetti.
HooRay! Lights in the workshop! Annie sayin' "Will you miss me?" Reminded me there's an old Carter Family song called "Will You Miss Me When I'm Gone?" Badminton is a fun game that doesn't hurt so much when you "docked" by the birdie! Thanks for sharing!
The cooking is definitely sub standard since Annie has gone but she's back tomorrow so the balance will be restored :) we are very grateful for our life right now
Your shop is really shaping up! Nice lighting. Also, I really liked your editing job on this video. I thought it was really well done. Keep up the great job!
I’m impressed with your hurling technique. I’m as Irish as they come and have never lifted a hurl nor been to that many hurling matches ( I come from a football not hurling county). However my Japanese sister in law puts us to shame with her enjoyment of both hurling and football ( GAA that is).
I have been looking for a place in Ireland too. I guess you found your place through daft and myhome ? Those are the places I am looking through mainly. Hoping to find somewhere before winter :-)
@@OffGridBruce Ah yes. I have been looking there. Some nice places for sure. I was in Portugal in 2021 so hopefully I will have the same luck sa yourselves :-)
@@OffGridBruce yes, and rational windows in Edenderry, co Offaly. Bound to be somewhere nearer to you with nice new windows just waiting for you. I got some beautiful sash windows from a small joinery for my last workshop.
So Green and Beautiful ! and It’s yours !

Glad you enjoyed family time Bruce, it's so important 👨👧👧
Totally i actually feel like i have been busier this week with the kids :)
Oh you're a wonderful caring dad and I know Annie will appreciate what you're doing for the girls. You remind me of my son in Ireland .
Thanks 🙏 I love a good excuse to down tools and focus on the kids :)
I am that Irish subscriber 😂 right hand on the top of the hurl 👏 fair play to yee 👍
Thanks 🙏 I knew I’d get some tips. We had a great time giving it a go

Workshop lights turned out really good, well done. Didn't take ye long to get the hang of the hurling, ye`ll have to train Doug to find the sliotar 😂
Thanks Keith i actually got him fetching it for me in the end. he was knackered by the end of it lol
Great job on the workshop. 💡💡💡👍
Thanks very much :) I was happy how it turned out
Great job with the lights and the hurling!
Thanks John. Got Doug to play fetch with the sliotar now too :)
very nice tractor has big bucket on the front handy for sand or gravel
it is very handy but the bucket isn't the right one for the tractor so its easy to over load it

Another comment! 👍👍
Appreciate the algo support :)
Joiners workshops will most times have brand new windows from canceled orders.
I have gotten Brand New windows at knock down prices this way.
Thanks. I had heard that Munster joinery is a good place to go?
