GreAt tutorial. I bought all these soft moulds and I usually use Finnabair and prima so I was like ok what can I use in these. Very informative and I too had the best laugh in a long time about the toothbrush. I can tell u have a great sense of humor and right now we all need a lot of that. You have a new subscriber!
I'm so glad I found you on You Tube. I just recently purchased some of the Stamperia Soft Moulds and honestly didn't know what to do with them. I'm used to thicker molds and these just had me lost. I love what you did to create your card. It's stunning! I'm a subscriber to your channel now and look forward to seeing all of your art.
Hi Deborah....I was wondering what in the heck to do with the soft molds that I've been seeing in the online stores over the past few months so I was pleased to find this tutorial on your channel. I will search for more of your tutorials using these supplies. The card you made is wonderful and I found the 'rusting' technique you shared particularly helpful and will give it a try. Isn't it amazing going from something completely flat and plain to a piece of artwork with beauty and texture! I just love it! Thank you for the education and inspiration....gentle hugs from Canada, N
Excellent tutorial - this was one of your best tutorials. So inspiring to see how you used these amazing cream paste, impression moulds & paints. Thank you.
This was a great demonstration of the product. I love that it drys flexible. You could use that one an altered vase or pot. Thanks for the inspiration. Rebekah
Fabulous video with a perfect voice over! Love the techniques you used toward the end with the Steampunk style card. So informative! I just received the Stamperia Cream Paste, but I must tell you that before it was available here in the States, I found something else that worked for me. Ordinary modeling paste worked fine, and it released just as easily as the Cream Paste did in your video. It gives the same result, but is less expensive than Stamperia's product. Just thought that some of your viewers would like to know about a cheaper alternative.
I gave this a try and just wanted to say....great product and easy to use and great results. Love how light and flexible it is .... thanks for the share. You make such wonderful video tutorials :)
This is getting my imagination going... making my own stamps has crossed my mind more than once and this looks like a really good product for that. Thank you for great information, I always learn something when I watch your videos.
This is great as I received my order this week. Messed up the first time and put the paste on the wrong side opps. But realized my error and scrapped most of it off. I hope they have a bigger size of the paste as I can see I’m going to need a bucketful (-: . Thank you this was very informative. Off to buy more molds and paste.
Howdy, I adore you and am a subbie for some time. Funny enough I heard from another youtuber that "Attic Lane" used pieces of ... and it was about this cream paste and moulds. I came looking and viola I'd seen this episode back then! I am now the proud owner of a lot of Stamperia products as they have inspired me to create. Such beautiful papers and accessories - OMGoodness. I now know what went wrong with my mould - not enough product - hah. But, I did learn another thing from you - use them as stamps. Wow - that's terrific. Thank you as always for your wonderful videos and for all you share. Stay safe. Warm regards.
@@mc-ks7db Howdy m c - oh I see what you're asking. I do have that mould. She poked those areas out and it's not a hole in the mould but part of it. Have a great weekend.
Thanks so much for sharing! I tried ceramic powder before and also air drying material - but I didnt like it... so this is my thing - i guess! will give it a try!
I recently found you and so glad I did. I subscribed and have been binge-watching your tutorials which are wonderful. I loved this particular technique and I'm going to purchase the products and jump in. A couple of questions please: Have you ever added some kind of color to the paste before applying it into the molds? And, have you tried the paste on a deeper embossing folder or deep rubber stamps to get impressions? Thought I'd ask before I try. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with everyone. Looking forward to the journey. Crafting hugs, Donna, in California.
Hi Donna and welcome to the Attic!! The question about colour is a good one, I haven't tried it and as long as you didn't dilute the paste too much I think it should work - also mica powder or glitter could be fun to try? I've only used the paste in the recommended moulds but if you had any mould which was flexible enough to allow removal that would be worth a try for certain. :) xx
I wonder what would happen if you were to add a layer of organza, fine tule or tissue. paper to the back. I am a big fan of stamperia papers and will be posting a card making video in the next few days. I love your creativity and would really enjoy your feedback 😃. Great and inspiring video as usual thank you 🌈
I’ve never seen anything like this before! It was really fascinating. Are the molds made specifically to be used this way or are there other things that you can do with them? Thank you in advance and thank you for sharing! 💜
Thanks for sharing loving the molds. I have a question if you have the time to answer. I see the cream paste looks much more flexible and light weight compared to just good old fashion modeling paste. Now my question, do you think the molds wold still work with regular model paste or do you think they would fall apart taking them out of the molds? Thanks and have a great day.
Hi Michelle, sorry for the slow reply! I have only used these with the cream paste and haven't used modelling paste. If you want flexibility and the standard modelling paste will give you that, it's worth a try! :) xx
Hi Sharon, I didn't try this myself and I'm not sure if the layers might separate. If you can spare enough cream paste, you could experiment with a small area?
Hi Lara! I no longer have a pot to check for you. I found this link which isn't very helpful so I can only suggest you contact the manufacturers at Stamperia. :) xx encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/shopping?q=tbn:ANd9GcRbZfBZuj12U84RH5hrDrKqHZsAlcBsBJrWcMUjzFDMS9bC__cLwxY&usqp=CAc
Hi, I use it as in the video to create a textured greetings card. You can add it to anything for texture such as a picture frame or a fragment on a card. 😀
Whoever got that card would never be able to throw it away. It's really lovely.
Debra, you know who is fun?
You are!
Love this tutorial!

Small reminder, you can use a”soft” surface under the paper,
with the stamping to get a sharper image.

Can you tell me more how to use the modeling paste ?
@@CompassionateCrafting As I said in my answer, any modeling paste can be used instead of Stamperia's Cream Paste.
Thanks for this tip. Liquitex Light Modeling Paste worked for me too. I also found a way to use less product with tissue paper. Video on my channel.

Somebody else's toothbrush 😂 hilarious! Great tutorial, have struggled with moulds in the past, very good hints and they seem to clean up well too!

Ok I guess I am a bit daft but if you use backing how come the lace comes out "holey" ? Would that not be covered by the material ?
@@mc-ks7db Howdy mc - can you point out which section of this video you have a question about? I'd like to answer but don't fully understand. Be well.

great thanks
I find checking the back of the mould when you have applied the paste, shows
if any bits have been missed or are a bit thin on paste
Thank you for this lovely video! Is it possible to use these moulds with Fimo leather/soft and dry clay before baking?
I'm glad you enjoyed this. I think fimo might be ok but dry clay may leave too much residue if left to dry in the moulds. :) x
That's fabulous. How do you actually apply the mould to a journal?
Glad you liked it :) I just use glue and stick the moulds on. They are nice and light and adhere really well.
@@AtticLane thank you. Is that just normal glue?
@@suekilian2554 I would use a wet glue rather than a glue stick. I love Beacon 3 in 1 advanced glue but any high tack adhesive would do the job.

Remember, The clock is reversed when printed
It's lovely but you nearly used the whole pot on one mold. Not very cost effective.

Once the mold is released, what do you do with it??????
Hi, I use it as in the video to create a textured greetings card. You can add it to anything for texture such as a picture frame or a fragment on a card. 😀
What is the last product you used, gold?????
Hi, I used a gold coloured gilding wax from Pebeo.
