using 3 comp on skills makes them have reduced dmg and more breathing required on the skill to use thats also the same with limb breathers they do less limb dmg with 3 comp skills

there are 2 perks in the game, normal perks and utility perks. everytime you complete a mission theres a chance for you get one of either
so like for gauntlets do u just go to the main discord and they upload a lin kthere? also do u need to be in the vc to be in a gauntlet
