Made this last night. Absolutely amazing. I had this dish for the first (and only) time at a restaurant in Mexico City and have been wanting it again ever since. Was very pleased to find this video and be able to make this for my family and share it with them. It DID take a LOOOOOOT longer to make than I had thought it might, and it made a HUGE mess, but it was so worth it. The whole family just loved it and wanted more. Can't wait to try this again. Would have been nice to have the instructions listed after the ingredients in the video description. Two thumbs up.

My husband loved this! That’s a lot to say because he is from the Capital and he judges so many moles 😂. He just prefers the sweet mole so I added 3 1/2 chocolate abuelitas and he was so happy with the outcome. He said it tasted like the mole in DF. 😊 thank you for this wonderful recipe! He also loved la agua de fresa 🍓🥰

My dad passed away this month and he owned a Mexican restaurant. Every Monday he had a enmoladas (mole enchiladas) special ❤️ sadly we had to close down the restaurant and I was bummed of never eating his food but I’ll try this recipe I am sure it will be very good.
