First, the state of Florida has no state income tax. Second, South Florida is a destination spot for the youth of not just America but the damn planet. People 18 to 30 flock to South Florida. This apply to 18 to 23 CFB players. If Miami is winning, local and state of Florida recruits are going to want to come to Miami but national recruits along with national portal players which includes alot of Florida players who left Florida to play CFB out of state.
