Aurora has to be the worst place I have lived I’m my 60 years. I learned the hard way by listening to my kids..Now I’m told I have to sell my condo before I can put an offer in on a place in a different part of the state as they don’t put in offers with contingencies in the area…
Agents are supposed to work your terms, not the other way around, I would keep searching for an agent you like, I'm in a scenario right now in Denver with a contingent sale and purchase. If you need help there, let me know.
The ghetto of Colorado? Surely you've been to Pueblo no? Aurora is so nice in comparison too SOOOOOO many other cities throughout the county it's unreal.
It's a ghetto unless you are in the suburban area. If you want to go to aurora, stay off colfax areas to avoid: West of airport rd, south if i70 and east of colorado stay north of at least 170and to the south stay south of at least Alameda.
It is not. Part of your box includes South Park Hill, some of the most expensive homes in Denver. I think the box is a bit smaller than that, but more neighborhood by neighborhood honeslty. But it's not the Ghetto. I would challenge you to drive throught the ghettos of LA, Houston, Chicago, New York and then come back here and say that they're anything alike.

I went to high school in Houston and do not come from money and have never more than barely liveable money. You challenge. Challenge completed. I challenge you to go hang out there at the corner of havana and colfax.for about 10 minutes. Lots of drugs there and plenty of gang activity to keep it exciting there was even a murder right there the other day in daylight in the walmart parking lot..i live there and talk stuff. I used to work for a management company in the Park Hill,.(centeal park), stapleton community. Smash and grabs opportunity theft. Fights and drunks. Let's talk about king soopers and that walmart on quebec, Anyway the cops, . No I digress. because you're not supposed to shit where you eat, so people think they are moving into a nice community and are misled because of th3 tucked away colonials. I know the ones. . I did specify certain boundaries for a reason. The rest is ish, but you are a snot talking a -typical real estate kind of guy we would expect to see in the suburbs in dads beemer. So challenge what? Elijas mom won her suit, btw $15 mil passed right on to aurora city taxpayers. We'll unless the money would come from civil forfeiture,.not unusual, but more a denver P Pucket kind of thing. "My car got broke into" "my laptop was stolen" someone banging on my door at 0200" call the cops you moved here. I lived in NolLa.. Fisher projects before Katrina. I loved in La. I went to HS in Houston. Denver AND Autora are not much better. Stay in your all white suburbs. That's where you are safe. Keep fooling yourselves and beware the cops.
