This is exactly what new players need. Explain to me what I should be looking for, why I should be looking for it, and what I should prioritize for my build.
Why do you need help tho? I am new to poe in general and just absolutely nuking without any guides or issues. Witch I've stated needs to be nerfed with chaos damage. Minions are okay, they do my boss damage especially earthspike. I miss when other people would even bother to find their own ways and then months later look into guides
It's a real shame the game itself does Nothing to explain this. As a new player told to wait for Poe2 because of the bloat and complexity of Poe, I am astounded at game for it's hostility towards new players in the form of punishing you not already knowing the quality and usefullness of thousands of items and gems, and they mesh together. My experience after 50hrs is to of Bricked 3 characters and wasted all the gems. The game is Not respectful of your time and is Hostile for New players. Good Guide, thanks.

@@Pine-tree915 I appreciate the comment. A little bit of transfer has to be made in PoE though. I suggest you look at Warrior builds and check the stats recommended to know which ones are good. Maxroll.gg has awesome build guides!

Also saving bricks of bases for things you really need instead of selling you get another reroll at the reforge, especially nice for bad rare rolls. You get a 4 affix rare for three three affix

Doesnt work on console. But the more good stats an item has for any build the more worth it becomes. The more you learn which stats those are, the easier pricing becomes.
Hey Chron, i noticed, that when u Press "alt" the position or the order rather, of the shown affixes is not the same when normaly looking at an itemm, is that an option u remmonend and can choose?

You cant use this on console, but the more useful stats an item has the more its worth. You can check other sinilar items on the trading website and then price it manually.
@@mthai975 During the campaign you dont have anything of value to sell really. For gear you during campaign you look for Max Life and Resists, correct base is bonus.

Every trailer, picture, gameplay showcase, and even the characters art for the Merc shows a Hellsing vampire slayer design. You get into the game and you find out all of those cloths are dex/int
You mean disenchant? Since using the bench to salvage is for items with sockets or in cases where It has quality on the item (not always). Either way, I do agree that selling an item higher rarity than Normal/White is just outright not worth It.
Salvaging and disenchanting is only really worth anything in the early game. When you don't have orb drops that often. Eventually it becomes a waste to salvage or disenchant. Better off just selling for gold. Respecing at higher levels is expensive
Why tf does this game STILL has to rely on 3rd party outside crap websites like PoE1 i dont understand.. I dont want to have 3 million things open on my PC besides game itself & study some wizzardry knowledge outside the platform, like WTF
People act like this is rocket science. Whatever you want or need is in your gear and skill tree. I’ve never played Poe, but I understood and liked how I could get what I’m looking for just by reading the skill tree and gems. I managed to complete up to act 3 with three characters , acting as a first-time Poe player.

@@Chronikz So if I rolled a 16% increased physical damage prefix on a maul lets say, and holding alt shows (15-19%) that would be a tier 2 roll?

Doesnt work on console. But the more good stats an item has for any build the more worth it becomes. The more you learn which stats those are, the easier pricing becomes.

Youre talking about t1, t2, t4 stats (suffixes, prefixes) - how do you know whether something is t1 vs t4?

@@Chronikz but where does the T1 come from, or T4? Is there an official tier list, or is T1 anything that starts with 1x? What is the maximum tier?
@@willbeplayin It literally says the Tier on the right side of the item when you hold alt over it. Maximum I‘ve seenso far is Tier 13.

Disenchant yellow items instead of selling, you get regal shards for it

I never sell or salvage yellow, maybe when I’m swimming in them.
