Yeah it had so much content in it for a fighting game. Even today, it had more content than most fighting games. But especially back then. Fighting games would come with an arcade mode and a vs mode and that was it, for 90% of games. But Tekken 3 had loads of unlockable characters who were nuts and played completely differently and felt like a whole different game, and it had the beach ball Tekken Ball mode, and it had the side scrolling beat em up Tekken Force Mode, and so on. It was just so great. I bought Tekken 8 a few weeks ago when it came out and it's the best fighting game I've played in so many years. And why? Because it had tons and tons of single player offline content. Most fighting games are only focused on the competitive online side of it and they don't care about the story or the single player experience. But Tekken 8 is the exact opposite. It still has the online mode for people who want that, but it has SOOOO much single player content it's stunning. And it has Tekken Ball Mode!!! Back for the first time since tekken 3. There's already been tournaments with pro tekken players playing tekken ball mode in tekken 8, just for the fun of it. Who knows, it might even develop its own meta and competitive scene, that'd be awesome. But yeah if you're an enormous Tekken 3 fan like me, then get Tekken 8. It feels like it's built for people like us. I haven't played the tekken games since, I think, tekken 4. So maybe all the tekken games are like this, I don't know. But Tekken 8 is just so damn good, I recommend buying it as soon as you can. It's that good.
Hidden top tier character for sure if you know his moveset. And his techs like how to stand up off tumbling, etc. Definitely master of confusion kung fu.
man imagine if he comebacked as a hidden Unlockable character back in the early 2000's tk games such as 5 i would of liked to see what he would do against the demonic jinpachi version or Devil jin and his broken ass combos though, sucks that it never occured the guy was too insanly underrated just like gon, it's sad how unoriginal most of those newer characters are, even the Sensei Harada himself struggle to actually make a brand new original persona or even a cohrent story anymore that appeal to the series i mean just look at 8 right now, it's dull as hell when it comes to that.

IIRC he's an enemy from Tekken Force, the side-scrolling beat-em-up mode. Not usually unlockable/playable but possible with Gameshark as @Tekken3Museum noted. If you're curious look up a playthrough of Tekken Force and you should see him show up.

He is. He is also incredibly fun, half of his moveset involves throwing your whole body onto opponent. That requires you to always guess where and when to strike or suffer consequences like a fish thrown on shore.
