Loved this video. I found you via your interview with Dr Shawn Baker and so glad I did. I'm a retired FD & E. and coincidentally just bought a book on sausage making. Also carnivore for 16 months so far and it has changed my life for the better. Gotta believe in providence and timing. Excellent video, thanks.
Thank you for your kind words and comments. I didn't even know the interview came out! I'd love to know about your sausage making experience as you go, and thanks for watching.
Well, you've done it again 😅. My husband is going to be so happy to see this video... he's been talking about making sausage and I've been putting him off 🤷 until I saw this. There'll be no holding back now 😂. Thanks for sharing some more of your new toys.. uhh I mean new tools and showing us how to use them. Great job 👍👏💯🥩🔥
As always, thanks for watching Irene! There are a lot of really good sausage making channels out there. Some are more involved than others but I have learned a great deal watching them. My two favorites are Chud's BBQ and Wurst Circle. Chud's has really great ideas and information (and he's hilarious) and Wurst Circle has a lot of videos that are simple and don't necessarily require a lot of equipment. I like to make my own for control of ingredients, as a hobby, and to give away and share with others. Careful though...it can be addicting!!
@@thecarnivorecurmudgeon Thanks for the instructive video. Gives me enough incentive to step into another new project. This is how us "old folks" can make our own fun!
Hi Bradford 👋. I’m a new sub here from England after seeing you on Dr Baker’s channel. Great interview by the way. I’m new (3 weeks) to Keto with multiple autoimmune & type 1 diabetes issues. Looking forward to learning some great tips and tricks from you. 😊

Great vid! I've been wanting to do some summer sausage for some time and I think this just took me to the starting point.
Oh good. Thanks for watching. Would love to know how it turns out.

Thanks for watching. I believe there were 10 casings in the box, enough for 30 pounds of meat if I remember correctly.
