I'm a Disney fan, not a cook. Diamond Horseshoe/Liberty Tree salad is really the only salad I've ever enjoyed. Figured I'd give this a whirl. After watching another video on how to sauté onions, I went to work. Except for nearly loosing my lunch due to the smell of the apple cider vinegar, everything was pretty straight forward. The end result; absolute triumph! Luckily, the vinegar tase doesn't persist to the end product, it all just works beautifully. Thanks so much for posting this video.
