Joe has a very high viewership and with copyright infringement being so real, he has to be that much more cautious. Either somebody reports him or an algorithm will detect it. He has too much to lose. The other reaction channels don’t have to worry to the same extent as joe.

But generally speaking, Joe does have a much higher profile than many RUclipsrs (Spotify, revolt tv, etc) so I just feel like there are more eyes/scrutiny on JBD. You don’t think this is a possible? Either way, a cease and desist order would be a major inconvenience for JBP....
Lastly, remember there’s a difference between “reaction” and “reviewing.” The latter oftentimes doesn’t always replay the actual material . For example the “theneedledrop” RUclips channel does *reviews*, he does not replay the audio, just quote and breakdown lyrics (same thing Joe is doing here). “Theneedledrop” I believe has millions of subscribers.
