- Trini vintage Car show in Gulf City Mall Trinidad and remembering way back when. I stopped by Gulf City mall in Gulf City, Trinidad over the weekend and was surprised to see a vintage car show within the mall's atrium. I pulled out my dash cam and took a few quick shots of some of the cars that used to be driven on our roads. I added some commentary, feel free to add your expertise in the comments.

Austin Cambridge I remember seeing many growing up. Loved those little windows on the front doors
Michael, thanks for your input.
Some really nice classic cars there
That is true.
Nice video
Jason, thank you kindly.
How many of you remember seeing some of these cars / items during your time? How do you rate the restoration?
Certainly I do, coming from England
Carl, cool and what do you think about the restoration?
@@JBsManCave Hi JB, Having worked in Trinidad & Tobago for a few years, & knowing their standards very well, (Not Good to be honest) I am impressed with the restorations.
Carl, yeah, service here is not the best. Thanks for your input.
Love these old vintages cars. Thanks for sharing
Rosemarie, thanks for watching.
I remember these Ford Capris as a kid in Sheffield England, There was also the same model but with a different back window called a Consul Classic, the window was the same design as the later Ford Anglia. I worked in Trinni & Bago for some years & I know where one of these Capris is to this day, Also an old Humber sceptre. I love old British cars from this Period so I am pretty well versed on them. Grew with Ford Cortinas MK1 & Mk2's, could do all sorts to these to get more power.
Carl, thanks for sharing your experience with these vintage cars. Do you have a particular model that appeals to you the most?
@@JBsManCave JB one of my favourite Models is the Ford Cortina MK1 Lotus. 1963 Model, having lightweight Body Panels. Another favourite of Mine is The Jensen Interceptor MK2. I owned one for a few years. Very Very Underestimated car
This is when cars had style
Beat, yes, and they were made to last.
You have some good quality videos. I enjoy them thanks
Kyle, thank you kindly.
Niceness
For sure.
