Thank you so much for this, I have been giving my rabbit iceberg lettuce and didn't know, I feel like such a shit for not finding out sooner. At least I have now and she will never have it again.
@@larkin2110 She is, thank you for asking. I have stopped giving her Iceberg lettuce and now only give her Romaine or Little Gems. I give kale, fresh herbs such as parsley, coriander, basil and mint although she doesn't seem keen on mint lol. I also give her fresh spring green cabbage and lots of hay. She seems so much more comfortable now that she no longer has iceberg in her diet. I also give her some blueberries occasionally as a treat, but only in tiny amounts, I usually cut a couple in half and give her those. I was giving her pellets also and now I'm cutting them out of her diet slowly. I feel that she is happier with a more natural diet.
@@Whoa_Lisa I heard kale is not good for rabbits... This is taken directly from home.adelphi.edu/diet "Never give your rabbit kale or spinach. Kale and spinach can cause health problems over time, due to the high amount of oxalates and goitrogens."
@@bunnylovers6917 Every article that I have read has stated that Kale is god for rabbits so long as it is in moderation like all fresh veggies. The link you provided didn't work for some reason but even before you provided this info I had looked up what I should and shouldn't give to her after giving her Iceberg lettuce for so long. It upset me so much that I had been giving her something that was hurting her that I made sure to check food lists. If you have another link I would be most grateful. Thank you.
My rabbit ate raisins and chocolate, and nothing happened to her! I give her small amounts every two days and she is two years old and is fine and healthy
Also my bunny will not allow us to pick him up when we first got him he seemed ok with it as we held him at the pet store and then at home for a few weeks didnt like it but wouldn't fight much but now a couple months down he absolutely runs away hates it squirms when in arms tries to jump out i just dont get it 😔 drives me nuts cause sometimes id like to bring him upstairs to run around in the kitchen plus id like to hold em and pet em sometimes. Any suggestions
Have you tried letting your rabbit get comfortable with you by sitting or lying on the floor? My rabbit doesn't really like to be held, but she gets very happy when I get down on the floor with her. They aren't like dogs. They need to have time to get to trust someone. Also, they are prey animals, so they prefer to stay low to the ground, which is why some don't like being held. I don't pick my rabbit up as much as I want to, because of that. She does tolerate me cuddling her sometimes, but if she runs away, I respect that she doesn't want to be held at the moment. I hope this helps.
Bruhhh lv'e been buying rabbit food and some of them have corn and seeds in it why is that stuff in rabbit food if its not good for them damn i hope he doesn't get sick and some of the bags i buy with those ingredients say right on the bag its for rabbit's 🙏🏼 i hope he stays healthy. Thanks for the video
It's amazing what weird things they sell to feed rabbits. Like yogurt drops. They aren't supposed to have dairy at all. I didn't know at first about corn either, but now I don't give it to my rabbit, and she's fine.
My buddy tuktuk died a week ago but we have no idea how he died but my mom was talking to her Freind and she got her rabbit the same day we got ours and from same place and they died on same day ( we are sure it was the breeder that gave them bad food ) but at least I still have raya she is a sweet girl

Can a rabbit eat chappati🙃
Probably any types of food thats not naturally available could be a threat
No rabbits can only eat natural foods, like vegetables and some types of fruits. Do your research and don’t give your rabbit any human food.
CAN we give monaco biscuits ?
No. They should only eat hay and green leafy vegetables and some carrots or fruits as occasional treats
Banana can also be dangerous because it's kinda starchy and can cause stomach problems.
Thank you for telling I was going to feed my bunny's banana
