    The recce commando dont eat salad on a braai.
    They call chicken the salad.
    Red meat is a braai

      @@boganbushcraft I usa a lot of pork because its cheap but the main reason is the fat.
      Typical uses is mixing fatty chunks on a skewer with thinner beef (expensive )good cuts .
      The sauces only get added at the end 5 minutes to prevent too much burning.
      But yeah skewered meats....LOTS
