I just had a nasty fall on my summerboard last week too lol. Damn near broke my elbow luckily the xray's were in my favor. I see you riding the middle wheel without sliding back and forth, that's something I need to get better at myself, any tips?
Yes! Middle wheel riding is important for longer rides so your legs don’t give out.
My tip is to be center balanced. You can only do that if you are in a stacked body position. Shoulders over knees over toes. If you bend at your waist you are done!
