Never shared this before, but I had a literal physical ascension in 2017. I was intentionally raising my vibration for weeks, and one day I was walking in Toronto and my frequency went up very quickly, I audibly heard the increase, and I shot out of my body, straight up about 20 feet, I could see other beings that were golden light, lasted about 4 seconds before I got scared and drop my frequency back to third density. It's taken years to understand what happened. I've thought of starting a podcast to explore it and similar experiences I've had since. Much love to everyone.
Extremely interesting! Thank you for sharing. I’ve always had an intense desire to be able to have an OBE (AKA Astral travel). However I have only recently felt that my will to put the time and effort into it finally matches my desire. So needless to say that I have been doing quite a bit of preparation research and training to this end. Spoiler alert! About 1.5 years in I’m no closer to actually accomplishing it. To be more accurate, I have no conscious sense of it nor do I have a empirical or scientific/methodological systematic way of getting a read on my progress(or lack of! Lol) I’m not actually certain there is a way to do that. Anyway. So when I read your comment it instantly rang a bell. Especially when referencing the conscious effort you put into raising your frequency/ vibration. It is not only that it is described very similarly to your experience but that it is also one of the few steps or conditions he feels(and I tend to believe him) is absolutely necessary to accomplish this. So that’s really all I wanted to share with you and anyone who might find it at least a small fraction even as helpful as I found it when I learned about it. The book or Monroe’s teachings might be beneficial to you in some way. Shoot! It might even somehow help you to determine exactly what it was you actually did. Not saying you aren’t certain. Just in case if that may be the case. Also if you are interested there is a really extraordinary guy running a channel here on RUclips specifically dedicated to everything Astral Projection/ Travel and also lucid dreaming. With the main focus on teach/learning the actual process/ methodology, etc. You know someone is a special spiritual teacher when they make it a point to make every book they publish accessible for free to everyone who may be interested. And from the reviews I read on it I now definitely know that I wasn’t the only one who profoundly appreciates what the above mentioned book did for me. It really covers some things that none of the other ‘how to’ books even touch. And I think it makes it revolutionary for the game. Anyway. Sorry for holding you up. This is very timely in my journey. I have been called to increase my time in deep meditation - and I have been wondering about the balance. Staying in 4th density as long as I can all the time, while aware of the wheels of life are apparently affected by them, this is my program.
Been going through ascension symptoms again lately. The moon 🌝 has been full and powerful. The most common symptoms I’ll have is feeling cold while burning up and body aches. It passes in 24-48 hours.
I go from freezing to hot all day! Pressure in my 3rd eye. Forehead and crown are cold inside even in warm air. Got treated for a sinus infection. Taking all the anabiotic’s and steroids and the forehead situation has not changed. It’s difficult to sleep like this.

I just want to add one more comment, if I may... I really like the part where Q'uo is talking about how we are, moment to moment, creating the subjective world in which we live. I came to see this process in myself sometime ago and it is literally one's self actively involved in the nexus of creation. We tend not to notice it, not to notice what we are habitually doing on a moment to moment basis. But upon seeing it, it becomes clear that we are living in the "world you made". (ACIM) The Bible too has a quote which we think applies to some deity residing high and apart from ourselves. (" I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things.") Yet upon further reflection, we find that it is we ourselves who form the light, we ourselves who create the darkness, and so forth. And we do all these things through the moment to moment perceptions that we habitually, and for the most part unconsciously, engage in.

I am here now. Thank-you spirit guides and all higher entities for helping me get ready to hear you here. I have been chosen by a high energy to help her in this 3D life she has chosen to be born into. Before I was born I chose to be on a mission to deliver a message about social constructs. How I see the great number of awakenings in this world is akin to the experience expressed by the Netflix show, "Queer Eye," where it is necessary to rise above uncomfortable feelings associated with untrue social constructs. Social constructs have served in the past to provide social cohesion, but now that we have learned to agree on ethics we no longer need the authority or the identities enforced by these authorities that force us to see each other in groups. Freedom from these group identities will allow humans in this world to go through the five stages of grief for each trauma from the life they were born into in this lifetime, and in past lifetimes. Individual freedom over our spiritual gifts very much requires us to go through the 5 stages of grief and cannot be done without freedom from the social constructs that keep us in groups that ask us to hold ourselves back in stages of grief; and our freedom from these social constructs very much requires us to have access to the 4th density. This key may allow higher entities to see something that they have never seen before: which is to see any and all entities are stuck in various stages of grief everywhere you look whenever they are reborn in the 3rd and 4th densities, and that these five stages seem to be universal law of consciousness on par with all of the universal laws that transcend universes.

Great job, thank you Brian. I love the Ra and Quo channellings, except for the concept of the harvest. Though it's an important one, the thought of having to do 25,000 more years of third density lives is simply more than I can bear; I simply cannot accept this teaching. I realize it may turn out to be true, and there'd be no way around it, but at this point, as long as there is any doubt, I must reject it. Otherwise, it's all great stuff!!
I was not happy to hear about that either. I guess I don’t understand why we have to complete a 25,000 year cycle versus just a 100 year life. And on another another planet instead of earth?
@@Meandmymirror Exactly, it's crazy! I think of the school metaphor, which applies to a lot in spirituality: This life is much like a class in a tough school. The Harvest idea, at least the Law of One/Quo version of it (though I love these channelings for most other topics) is much like being just about ready to graduate college, and if you fail the final assignment, not only do you not graduate, but you have to start back in nursery school again. It makes NO SENSE whatsoever to me. It just seems like punishment, though I know that technically it's not supposed to be. It's like the metaphysical equivalent of hell in religion, just not quite as bad because it's not eternal like hell supposedly is. Anyway, thank you for listening (reading) and I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds this teaching offputting.
@@johnalexir7634 if I can shed some light with my experience as a self realized being whatever that means lol. These are just stories with meaning to be discovered. What you resist not only persists but grows in size. That is because of the contrast or duality reality we live in. We can know the true meaning until we have fully accepted what we resist. There’s a story I heard once that has been popping up a lot for me lately. There was a couple of souls told they can ascend once they’re done counting all the leaves on the tree. A diety going by on his visit to God bumps into them. Both say find out from God when we can come home. He comes back and says to one you have to count them for 10 lifetimes instead of eternity. He gets mad and leaves the second person said that’s it. 10 lifetimes ok I’ll get to it. I can accept and do that. At least it’s not eternity. And right then God brings him home. Moral of the story is be in gratitude always don’t resist what is being presented to you. Accept it and happily do it because in the end it’s all love in the heart that connects us to our higher Self. everything here is you. You are both light and dark. The contrast is the price we pay to observe this realm. You only resist your own stories which is what makes ascension take longer. In the end you’re already your higher Self. The God if your understanding. So ask yourself what about it causes you pain. Sit in the pain and move through the energetic keys to clearing blocks. Agreement with Self. You are your universe it’s all you. Acceptance of what is. Humility and Surrender to the most high. That it may seem bad but your faith tells you that there more truth that you can’t see yet. Then gratitude. For the lesson for an opportunity to get even closer to your Self. And then sit in silence while all of everything is further revealed. You would never give yourself what you can’t handle. Trust it’s all you.

I love your Q'uo readings. This one is an amalgamation of excepts from different Q'uo sessions, right? Would it be burdensome for you to list the sessions excerpted from (ie, date)? That way we could also go back and read, see any follow-up questions from the session, etc.
Dear Brian. You are doing and excellent job. Reading materials collecting, reasarching. I also understand it's your full time job. And you have done well. You definitely appeal to a particular demography. But if you want to grow even further, avoid mentioning Religions and religious figures. There's a big untapped demography waiting for someone something like this channel. Which is even bigger than you can even imagine. Mysticism is one matter but, you realize Organized religion is keeping bonded to this prison. And it's an secret. Spiritual evolution has nothing to do religious figures and organized Religions. Great job, thank you Brian. I love the Ra and Quo channellings, except for the concept of the harvest. Though it's an important one, the thought of having to do 25,000 more years of third density lives is simply more than I can bear; I simply cannot accept this teaching. I realize it may turn out to be true, and there'd be no way around it, but at this point, as long as there is any doubt, I must reject it. Otherwise, it's all great stuff!!
I was not happy to hear about that either. I guess I don’t understand why we have to complete a 25,000 year cycle versus just a 100 year life. And on another another planet instead of earth?

I think of the school metaphor, which applies to a lot in spirituality:
This life is much like a class in a tough school. The Harvest idea, at least the Law of One/Quo version of it (though I love these channelings for most other topics) is much like being just about ready to graduate college, and if you fail the final assignment, not only do you not graduate, but you have to start back in nursery school again. It makes NO SENSE whatsoever to me.
It just seems like punishment, though I know that technically it's not supposed to be. It's like the metaphysical equivalent of hell in religion, just not quite as bad because it's not eternal like hell supposedly is.
Anyway, thank you for listening (reading) and I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds this teaching offputting.
@@johnalexir7634 if I can shed some light with my experience as a self realized being whatever that means lol. These are just stories with meaning to be discovered. What you resist not only persists but grows in size. That is because of the contrast or duality reality we live in. We can know the true meaning until we have fully accepted what we resist. There’s a story I heard once that has been popping up a lot for me lately. There was a couple of souls told they can ascend once they’re done counting all the leaves on the tree. A diety going by on his visit to God bumps into them. Both say find out from God when we can come home. He comes back and says to one you have to count them for 10 lifetimes instead of eternity. He gets mad and leaves the second person said that’s it. 10 lifetimes ok I’ll get to it. I can accept and do that. At least it’s not eternity. And right then God brings him home. Moral of the story is be in gratitude always don’t resist what is being presented to you. Accept it and happily do it because in the end it’s all love in the heart that connects us to our higher Self. everything here is you. You are both light and dark. The contrast is the price we pay to observe this realm. You only resist your own stories which is what makes ascension take longer. In the end you’re already your higher Self. The God if your understanding. So ask yourself what about it causes you pain. Sit in the pain and move through the energetic keys to clearing blocks. Agreement with Self. You are your universe it’s all you. Acceptance of what is. Humility and Surrender to the most high. That it may seem bad but your faith tells you that there more truth that you can’t see yet. Then gratitude. For the lesson for an opportunity to get even closer to your Self. And then sit in silence while all of everything is further revealed. You would never give yourself what you can’t handle. Trust it’s all you.
It’s just so fascinating through and through. I still think LL Research should once ask Quo, ‘who is the one known as Brian Scott’ 😊

Dear Brian. You are doing and excellent job. Reading materials collecting, reasarching. I also understand it's your full time job. And you have done well. You definitely appeal to a particular demography. But if you want to grow even further, avoid mentioning Religions and religious figures. There's a big untapped demography waiting for someone something like this channel. Which is even bigger than you can even imagine. Mysticism is one matter but, you realize Organized religion is keeping bonded to this prison. And it's an secret. Spiritual evolution has nothing to do religious figures and organized Religions. Don't mention names. Refer to them as a great ascended master for example. Wish you all the best. 🙏
