Its an exotic hand cannon called malfeasance (i believe you still get it from a gambit quest) and its only appearing that powerful cause its paired with lucky pants, which bumps the damage significantly

I really wish they would make content that doesn't involve any bs mehanics to spawn a boss or make them shootable. I hate all this fiddly crap with doing special tasks just to fight a boss.

How your ability’s does not reset when you swap between your loadouts does it need armor charge??
As long as your fragments/aspects/super matches between loadouts your abilities will stay when switching

i get what you're saying, but those are what makes dungeons/raids unique, the only thing really separating them from a strike are these mechanics
