Main question remains will the 12 cylinders per year booking limit applied for composite cylinder as its contains 4 lbs less gas. Rest features are okay also another thing to check with local gas distributors if they supporting composite cylinder delivery or not
4 kg less gas...means you need to refill Faster...also u get it after 3 days...i m using composite..but i wud prefer iron one with 4 kg extra... composite is capacity fail design in my opinion....

There will not be any issue to get the refills as the distributors are keeping sufficient inventory with them in advance.
Don't worry you will get 213 kg gas per year whether you use conventional iron cylinder or this one new composite cylinder
