- The legendary French chef Alain Ducasse sits down for a conversation with David Chang, Daniel Patterson, Chris Ying, and René Redzepi where he discusses his career, risk-taking, fear, and how to use his fame to positively influence diners.
About MAD:
MAD is a non-profit transforming our food system by giving chefs and restaurateurs the skills, community, time, and space to create real and sustainable change.
36:37 its Rosio Sanchez!!!! she's awesome!
David Chang is a legend. But a lot does get lost n translation
I've to strongly disagree with Igadwords about "...the guy beside her who's French is just average..." That man is a two starred chef and has a deeper understanding of how to run a kitchen than most translators. And if your French and English are strong enough to elevate the conversation please feel free to provide us with a transcript to this conversation.
instablaster.
The guy next to the lady translates more professionally, why is the lady allowed to slaughter the messages he wants to transmit?
Is this MAD 3?
I think the translator did a good job. The side chef next her had problems translating.
The lady translates the opposite of what Ducasse says or sometimes things absolutely unrelated, she's so bad.
This is so ankward
i don't know shit, why is the question does alain ducasse like sea urchin funny?
may be because it's too simple question for such a legend ! let alone.. the first question to be raised !
Lady translator is horrible!!! She is making this show suck!!!
the man is even worse. he is barely proficient.
Le deuxième traducteur pioche des mots français de manière aléatoire et en fait un peu n'importe quoi, c'est drôle.
