What I've noticed in my life is that food doesn't matter; whatever you eat works wonders as long as you're not stressed. However, as you begin to experience stress, the food you consume becomes increasingly crucial in controlling your thoughts and emotions. Today's life is full of stress and worry, therefore eating the correct foods is more vital than fighting about ancestors who ate non-veg and 1kg rice each day. There was little social anxiety or worry at the time, but things have changed dramatically since then. To make your life pleasant, you need four things: a positive mindset, food, exercise, and calmness. Without the last three, you cannot have a right or joyful mind. The latter three function as mental controllers.. So start with food modification first and then exercise and then meditation/breathing then slowly you observe your mind starts listening to you. Always mind is the master of the body if you can control that u can control everything. All these are my personal experiences
