【4K HDR】Long Autumn Walk in Tokyo Tachikawa Showa Kinen Park 2020

40 minutes from central Tokyo, Showa Kinen Park, is a wonderful place to enjoy the autumn leaves. The park is so large that you can easily spend an entire day here and still not see the whole thing! I'd definitely recommend making a trip here if you get the chance, and rending a bicycle to explore on a sunny day.

That is a spectacular park. Man, even the trees are extra cool/awesome in Japan. Love the leaf shapes, the brilliant colours and branch/trunk structure on a lot of the trees. Very "exotic". Beautiful stuff. Great walk. :)

I originally was to arrive in Japan (Osaka-KIX) tomorrow. Missing my Japan fix. LOL. Hope I can go there end of next year. When is the best time to see Autumn leaves in Tokyo? I kind of want to time it where I can see Autumn colors and Winter Illuminations. Should be about a 2wk span between Osaka/Kyoto/Tokyo with lots of day trips out of the cities.

Yokota AFB is near Showa Kinin Park, much like Akihabara is sort of near Shinjuku.
