After all and it seems like a ground issue, put a jumping cable from the nagetive to the engine block and then try the chassis, it’ll work, I had a 08 suburban with same issues till it stopped cranking and it was a bad grounding somewhere and I put extra new grounds in different spots and even works better then it ever has
Have a 2010 with intermittent no crank no start have to pull ecm and cables and eeset electronics for 20 mins to start. Also gauges go crazy and drip and stabilitrak and abs come on until it kicks back in. Pull your "info" fuse in your driver fuse cluster. It cuts power to the bs onstar vcim which is causing interference on the high speed lan or can whatever i dont have a scanner. Anyways youll lose remote start which is what started acting up for me and doing . I got no comm to ecm bcm tccm everything. 3 months thru winter everyday having to pull cables and discharge it pissed me off it being onstar module i would never use

I think u done everything right but you have check to clean and scrap your grounds clean all of em bro or added new ones if you have to so you can have a shortage

Try pulling your info fuse in drivers fuses. It cuts off the module Vcim onstar bs. Same no crank no start acting like a bcm/ecm on 2010 tahoe and this fixed it

check for water oil or corrison in the ECM CONNECTION can make the car go nuts

Hey man i have a mazda 3 2010 and i get that code and i get a pcm relay code thats bad by any chance can it be the relay ?
It can but usually if the code does go away it’s the PCM

ECM or THEFT MODULE ,
Yes changed out the active suspension control module you have to get it program
Check the fuse box next too the BcM too the wires can be shorted or pulled

Check the mega fuses on the battery ..... Only change the Ecm when the u0100 POPS UP and doesn't start
Clean all your grounds bro or added new one if you have to
