I am a Personality Development trainer and I run my own company. This is the first time I am commenting for your video. The concept of TRA-TRS is very effective and efficient and I thank you so much for uploading such nice videos. I would like to transform my training company into a coaching company. I have several business models ranging from Sandeep Maheswari, Robin Sharma, Sharon Gaskin (the Trainers Training Company), Antonio Centeno (Real Men Real Style), Melinda Cohen (Coaches Console) and the list goes on. I thoroughly feel that I have done the foundation work but reasons which I can't understand is preventing me from climbing up the ladder.
