five years ago I was there a month, that man on 3.27 was there every day and allways wants money, why? I was passing two times a day, after three times I stopped with giving money than he was very angry to me and was spitting at me! is he legal to ask money? and why? for nothing?
@@baliwithkrisna and that is the reason why I never enter Bali again, he can liick my asshole to ask money to enter the Legian area, I was sleeping there in the Utara in a hotel, never again!

We need to pay parking fee to enter legian area. He has the ticket issued by government. 😊
