I got the black Peugeot 206 cc I love it awesome convertible,reliable never had problems with it brought car real cheap,and done it up got spoiler nice wheels,back seats are perfect don’t have to take people and just good for the dog,although did take my brothers mates one night out was priceless seeing there heads squashed and knees bent 😂😂😂😂
I paid £250 for mine as it was an MOT failure. The work for the mot was very easy to fix and so after spending a further £90 on parts I have a cheap cabriolet.

+chuysmum A friend of mine, horrible driver, bought his cc in 2003, drove it mostly inside city at 50km/hr with 2nd or 4th or 5th gear, whatever, and maintained it the cheapest way possible, went flying over a cliff at 100,000 with the car rolling, repaired the plate damage but the roof "would not work" so he had the car to go to work and thus he placed a gas-bottle in the back to run it on petroleum gas (not adviseable to do in mid-life, if you want you should do it when the car i new), run it for the next 70,000 and then during a casual maintenance the technician told him "why don't you use the roof? It just needs a bit of cleaning a and a bit of oil, and it works". Now the roof works as well, everything works and the car is a joy to drive, I have driven it. Only """faults"""" are the left flash touched by the accident which goes out after 3 clicks so you have to keep it pressed and a rear window mechanism that needed repair (both the aftermath of the accident). Damn, I would not call that car unreliable!
I have an MGF right now, But It's getting a bit Uncomfortable for me getting in and out now I am getting Older, This little car I think will suit me perfect although am broken hearted at the thought of my MGF going

Yes they do last well and quite nippy as well.
Only thing i dislike about it is the short 5th gear. 4000 rpm at 130 kph is a damn lot

They are a great car, but the brakes aren't so good. Apart from that, they're great, especially with the roof down on a hot sunny day!

the MX5 is much better but I cannot afford one.
Yeah but I'd have the same problem with the MX5 as I do my MG, us poor Older ladies can't always get in and out so easy any more
