What's great about New Jeans... is that no one calls it retro. People don't know if it's retro, but it's new, but in reality, it's Korean retro in the 1990s. Girls in the 90s wore those hip-hop pants, tight tops, hats, small bags, and Dr. Martin Walkers. Retro should be old style, yet new, and reinterpreted in a hip way. Old without reinterpretation is just old. The group name is New Jeans.. isn't it too appropriate? It's the same jeans as before, but it's new.

Hanni from the get go has snatched my heart, even though I wanted to be OT 5. She put a stop to that, and is seriously an ult bias contender. Her smile and cute accent , just kills me. This group is insane.
I saw the length of the video and thought I would scrub through some sections but 45 mins later I'm at the end. These performances are so satisfying to watch.The choreo looks "easy" but it's very technical with a lot of details in the foot work and formation travels. It'll be fun to see them performed on stages.
i questioned my upper and lower body coordination when i attempted their choreography! the footwork in damn insane! simple hand movements but your legs will be sore after! great cardio
Newjeans’ choreos are so different from other girlgroups! Their moves are groovier, more fun, with a blend of old school and trendy steps. This is amazing how they blend a throwback vibe with trend and style whether in their music, dance or aesthetics.
But vocally, i can't tell who is my biais, Hyein impressed me in Ditto, she nailed the high note of woo woo woo woo so beautiful high note she did! I like how Hyein can sing with exageration in OMG, Danielle can do high note too. Danielle is korean-australian, Hanni is vietnamese korean, these 2 can speak english, tell secrets they didn't tell to others, they are so funny

This pro dancer can tell Danielle has a ballet training specially when she dance Ditto in school uniform, her legs is like a ballet position, i can see that now
Sorry to say this but I feel disappointed to your reaction. I don't know if you're doing this because you don't like haerin or anything. But your reaction made haerin seem like she wasn't there, you ignored her and only reacted to the other four members. Can't you see the talent she has just because she's not your fav? ??? this is kind of weird man. I think Haerin is brilliant and she's literally one of the members with the most charisma. I've talked about her tons in other videos and even watching these I just thought that she was that consistently goof, so much that it didn't even need to be said. I don't actively give the members compliments or "screen time" by mentions or whatever, nor do I avoid them. I just vibe and say what I notice and it'll stay that way.
