In short: Milsim (military simulation) is where realistic gear and tactics are used to simulate combat in real life and in video games (real life as in airsoft). Airsoft milsim is very expensive, and can go on for about 2 days, not to mention travel costs depending on where you're going. Most milsim games are taken very seriously, and arent recommended for people new to airsoft or military tactics.
yeah i recommend going to a normal short outside map or a inside place for starters
in my own experience with brm5 and as a person who used to be in a milsim group in that game, the community is still quite tolerant on beginners who want to milsim.

you can kill hostages in brm5 (which will make you got consequences) but when you take em they will be "bulletproof"
You can't kill hostages in BRM5 if they are following you. If they aren't following you then you can kill them. This is probably made so teammates don't kill your hostages on purpose.
Operation Overlord was a one-sided battle at first, but after Axis artillery and vehicles were destroyed, and the supply chain disrupted, then the Allies were able to move.
The thing about brm5 AI is that if you kill an enemy stealthily, other enemies will investigate

Dead blinds may be my favorite roblox game ever, I love how accurate the killing of the blinds is.
TIP: u can actually use the hostage as a bulletproof but make sure they follow us so they can not die by us shooting at them
fun fact: the voice of the US and the germans in operation overlord are from another game called day of infamy which is a ww2 mod for insurgency and insurgency is a mod for half life and half life is a mod from quake

Just played BRM5 yesterday for the 1st time I agree with him being the #1 it is insane they evanhave sliding down helicoper rope system and animation.

That isn't bolt action sniper but just bolt action rifle. It was mostly used by infantry and was made for it.
corny should try stranded on earth. it's a fun zombie game with a ton of gun logic/realism and is my favorite game.
2:18 many ppl may have already recommended you but you gotta check Napoleonic games like "Napoleonic Wars" or "Marque of war" on roblox
imo blood and iron is just a classic comparing it to those
CORNY PLAY SHELL SHOCK. ITS THE MOST REALISTIC WW1(in roblox ofc) GAME AND THE STORY IS REALY HEARTTAKING. (Would reccomend hosting a private server to experiance the full imersion or wait for another round to start). In the end of the game they teach you about the war a bit.

I got an idea for a new video. So it would be shooting games. We start with an old shooting game (not literally old) for example something with muskets (blood iron) and when you die it goes all the way to more modern warfare, for example you continue with a ww2 game. For example, the most modern warfare could be some warfare from the future. I hope you understand what I want to tell you.

Yeah I have another milsim I think you should try if you love games like Deadlines but BIGGER and in Longer-Range. It's name is Fireteam and it really is just SQUAD but in roblox. A real PTSD simulator. It feels like you really are a soldier deployed in Afghanistan. Headshot or 2 tap = dead so I would recommand you learning a bit the mechanics before diving into it. Like if you feel like Trying

OP overlord has really bad gun system, its SLOW and the german guns are unbalanced and audio tends to spike for headphoness

You should play Battle for Normandy, its the old version of Operation Overlord which is nothing like the newer version. Its 1000x more tactical with a better map, less bugs, and 99% of the classes are free. The only reason its made by a different studio is because at the time the developers were on strike. So its the same developers but a different studio. Anyways, I highly recommend it. (BTW as an average Mil-Sim player Operation Overlord isn't anything like a Mil-Sim game)
