- The war in Ukraine is entering a new phase. NATO leaders are meeting and are clearly worried that the Zelenskyy government might agree to a negotiated end to the war. Brian Becker and Dr. Gabriel Rockhill discuss the internal politics in Ukraine with a focus on the role of the far right, fascists and neo-Nazis.

US wanted war forever because it relies heavily on continuous sales of its weapons.
And US even wanted war to last forever, as to weaken Russia military might and strength so that NATO could easily take on Russia in future.
These are the main two points the world needs to be aware of.
I am not here to defend US politics but one thing should be pretty obvious. it is actually Russian leadership weakening their army themselves by doing what they are doing.
Countries that oppose US should do something to stop the evil doing. The should target and cripple US and other allies to make the world at peace. . Kill the roots of the problem then it will be solve..Somebody had to do something to cripple US.

And did it ever occur to you that the Soviets/Russians did exactly the same as the US did through their operation papercip - retrieveing German scientists, technicians and researchers? They even moved whole technical production facilities from the west deep into Russian territory - as much and many as they could get their hands on. I find this whole discussion extremely one-sided and unable to bring forward ANY meaningful information about what is really going on in Ukraine today. These guys are - though intelligent, well studied and very clever orators, simply old school kommunists.

The reaction is divided /different in depending on the area of Ukraine.
My family ran away from Ukraine on the 4th day leaving everything in Odessa and they are obviously not happy as well as uncertain about their future, luckily they have found the job and we are not worried about their survival now. Thouthands of people who are getting saved from Donetsk and Luhansk région and finding home in Russia are greatful and salute soldiers for stopping the 8 years of hell and henozid for them in their own country, and being used as living shield by Azov battalion. Ukrainian soldiers who took decision to leave war and give up to Russians as well share their experiences that are not as in Western TV.
I am not sure if it's possible for you to watch the news in Russian, but it would be good to see the opposite side of the story, as well as proof of fakes created during this period.
Again, was is never a good thing, but when it happens it must be analyzed properly including the real causes and formal reasons behind it

Legal Ukranian nazis are not only in "Azov" battalion. They have at least 15 000 far-right combatants in other nazi battalions like Aydar, Tornado, Dnepr, C-14, NazKorps and etc. They all were officially integrated into police and army in 2018 as "patriotically motivated" regiments.

Ukraine was supposed to be a colony for the US and the EU investors. Research the shale gas situation in 2013. I guess many American citizens know about "Gasland", the movie about catastrophic consequences of the shale gas production. So the same could have happened in the Eastern Ukraine against people's protest. Neighboring Russian region could have been damaged too. My friend in Belgorod (Russian neighboring regions close to Donbass) witnessed spoiled water after foreign gas companies started their work. Moreover the biggest part of income was supposed to go to those companies because they rented the land for 50 years. After the military coup in Kiev(orchestrated by the western investors) separatists in Donetsk resisted the new regime. And Ukrainian army started shelling their own people
