Norfolk Virginia Hoods at Night

I drove through some of the hoods in Norfolk, Virginia at night to see how they were. Norfolk has a poverty level of 17%, a population of 228,985, and a crime rate of 140% ABOVE the national average. Let's take a quick drive through some of the worst areas to see what it's like.

I guess the good thing is not a lot of traffic - either foot or vehicle. There were a lot of really nice looking cars parked around there.
