I'm thinking to purchase this exact model but there's one more exercise I have in mind that I need (for my glutes) and that is Roman extensions; didn't see them shown on here... Can it be done and if so how? Video please?
I have that bench different brand. I’m only 5’6”, My feet don’t even come close to the floor when I’m benching. I got mine for free so I guess I will just build a platform. I would always check if your a short person buying a bench.
Man, I need this machine! It would make it so much easier to do these workouts at home. At the gyms I go out, most of these workouts are always taken by someone else. Especially the leg extension/curl and flat-incline-decline bench presses.
