found it. ANS: create a tamplate.php file eg template-about.php and assign it to about page in wp dash > pages

I can tell You that this is not a good way to edit HTML files by splitting the tags between files for sure.
Could you please tell me which one is the good way
@@DailyTuition just leave within the index file. Splitting files is creating components and each of these should be self-contained.
