Vrabel is my pick, bring some seriousness and respect to the Bears. I'm am mad at Poles over the Oline failures and coach hire failures, but he has picked some players that I would have picked. I believe the roster underperforming is partially due to coaching. If Vrabel would work with Poles, I would give him more time to fix his failures. Also, Poles failures have made it easier to part ways with him.
