    This Bears offense has turned into one of the worst offenses I’ve seen us ever have.
    In the last 7 games, we’ve been held score less in the 1st half, 3 times. In fact our star QB hasn’t thrown a TD pass in the 1st half once in the last 7 games!!! We’ve been held scoreless in the 2nd half twice. We’ve had the lead in only 3 of those games. This team needs to be rebuilt in so many ways and poles is not the one to do it

  • @Pablo-sk3os
    @Pablo-sk3os 3 дня назад +55

    I’ve been saying this for months now, Poles is the problem - take away the good/lucky deal with Carolina and his moves are all questionable to say the least.. Nate Davis, Claypool, bad O-Line signings, Velus Jones, extending Kmet, drafting a punter in 4th, Darnell Wright is an average right tackle that was taken in top 10! Edmunds instead of Roquan, the list goes on and the cherry on top of this mess is obviously his picking and sticking with Eberflus

      @@GrayCrosby yes. what does that have to do with anything? its just been an awful year. shit happens in the NFL. the Chargers have the same roster as last year and are amazing. The Browns went to the play offs and now suck - so do the Bengals.
      its a wild league with lots of ups and downs.
      The Bears will be fine. We are in year 3 of a TOTAL rebuild.
      By next year the bears will have 2 players on this roster from when poles took over: JJ & Kmet. thats what the old regime left him. We are a very very young team with a rookie QB. but i am not about to fire the man that brought in: Caleb, Rome, DJ, Allen, Swift, Wright, Sweat, Dex, Edmonds, Edwards, Gordon & Brisker. we know these guys can play. just keep adding to the oline and dline and get a #1 every down RB.
      And get a real NFL coach: Johnson, Vrabel, Bill, etc. we'll be fine.
      We have 60M to spend and 3 top 45 draft picks.
      if they dont win some games next year with a real coach and year 2 of caleb then we can start crying

      @Pablo-sk3os 3 дня назад +3

      @ wright average, brisker injury prone, sweat definitely not living up to his paycheck this year.. I might give you Gordon but that’s 1 out of 4
      Dexter has 5 total sacks (45th in the league) and can’t stop the run… what’s so ‘great’ about him? That he’s better than he was last year? Whoop-tie do. Don’t get me started on Edmonds. Most overpaid player on this team. I would pay the extra for Roquan.

      The head coach and his culture were weak. He could not lead and because of that the players revolted and formed their own broken band of brothers with no of leadership. That allowed for them to instigate an over throw or a mutiny. The fact that was allowed to happen shows how weak the coaching staff was including Brown. The problem is while the individual players may be talented non of the talent has any leadership skills. Mentally they are weak and that falls on Poles not evaluating properly. That falls on the coach not holding them accountable. Most importantly it falls on players for not holding themselves accountable. The only fix is for a tyrant of a head coach to come in and beat the piss out of the players until moral improves. They have to be broken down mentally and reshaped in to selfless soldiers ready to jump on a grenade. Sadly ownership will stand in the way of that because it will be an ugly process for all the world to see and Virginia just can't have that. Most superficial fans won't be able to stomach it. I say as a fan of 53 years purge this weak a$$ sh*t from this franchise once and for all and lets get back to actually building something that resembles a successful football team. Man Chicago needs to stop wanting to move on from GM's every freaking time things don't go right. No, Poles needs to stay. Me, personally I would've have traded Justin. I would have used that #1 pick and traded down a couple times to get multiple picks and shored up the O Line. The Bears have the offensive weapons. It's the line and the defense has regressed. He should've fixed the trenches. Think about this. Without all the offensive weapons we won 7 games last year. Poles has done a more than decent job. What's this year 3? Calm down. Let the man work. I'm sure he knows the OLine needs to be fixed. And that s better than good head coach is needed. We need a young Offensive minded OC. And I think we need a more alpha male for yet DC. We'll he fine. Waddle and Silvy - lighten up. It'll be fine. Next year will be much better.

    Playing SF right after an unprecedented coaching change was actually a perfect situation to expose this management. If they'd played a creampuff, loser team and won, there would be great false hopes in the new install. Poles would feel vindicated and fans would be gaslit into wicked expectations of better days ahead. But, luckily, they played a very well-run 49ers team, with some issues, but built on a great foundation. The Bears were humiliated in front of the world. The Bears were exposed as complete failures, desperately seeking relevance with last-ditch efforts. They showed the world their organization is built upon sand, slippery, viscous DEI sand. It's all collapsing upon itself because there's no competent foundation. Poles is an amateur. The president is clueless about football. The owners inherited their fortune and don't even know how to make money themselves or compete. The coaching staff is whipped butter, appearing more than it is. The players see the incompetence and they've lost confidence or desire. The franchise QB is learning the curse of his new team. There's nothing to build upon in the entire outfit. It's a pile of old spaghetti without sauce, drying up in a cold pot. This is beyond embarrassing. I don't know how the McCaskeys stay hidden or silent. Don't they care at all? Does anyone have passion in that storied franchise? Won't anyone have the guts to admit failure and put their reputation on the line and apologize to fans? This ownership is gutless. They are beyond losers. They are cowardly mediocrities. Anyone with self-respect and integrity would face the music, admit their horrendous failure and vow to never let this happen again. Poles got lucky with the Panthers trade and I give him credit for Caleb but what else has he done? His first picks in the draft after stressing building through the trenches….secondary with both 2nds including the pick for Mack. Still rather have Mack than Brisker.

      @@milehighboost5521how u say he got lucky with the panthers trade then give him credit for caleb that literally makes no sense

      @@TyrellBlavk lucky they gave him so much and ended up with the #1 pick. Couldn’t have predicted that so that’s how it’s lucky. He wasn’t dumb enough to trade the pick away or draft Jayden so he gets a little credit.

      @milehighboost5521 poles had the balls to trade the pick and pass Bryce young who everyone was saying was a top qb

    Waddle's been trying to get Poles out all year. He's never this opinionated.. interesting.

    Leave it to Bears fans/media to want to fire the GM 3 years in after completely tearing down the roster in year 1. So we’re giving him 2 years? Look at the talent on the roster pre-teardown and 2 years into the rebuild. Poles said when he was hired “we are building through the draft”. Everyone cheered this statement then saying “you dont win by winning free agency”. Now everyone is flip flopping and demanding we spend in free agency and win now.
    Stop it, you all sound like clowns.

    Poles sounds like a man who is trying to save his job. He sounds like George McCaskey.

    When you draft the worst QB coming out of the draft at number 1, you risk losing your job. No surprise there.

    You guys blaming poles are clowns...poles is the best gm the bears have ever had - by a landslide...decades of inept Gm's hasnt taught you fools a thing, bad trades, bad draft picks, bad coaching hires. Now we have a young ascending team on team friendly contracts. GM's cant play or coach, they can only stack the roster and hope the coaches and players make it happen.

    I was really a poles believer but take away the Caleb Williams trade and he has got no top players in draft. Dj and sweat were FA acquisitions and they are our best players.

    Lmfao at you guys wanting him to tell the truth about the team. If he did that you would blast him for throwing the team under the bus.
    Stop being dumb, sports media.
