Gotta love the complete mess you can make of yourself on a dirt bike! I have not so fond memories of sliding out on a berm then cartwheeling with the bike downhill to end upside down tangled in a bush with bike on top of me completely unable to move

That property is a death trap. Such un-even, steep, rutted, loose, muddy, clumpy, ragged, tree filled terrain. But I bet it's just a blast to ride there.
