The Trident sounds so good with an aftermarket exhaust. Same with the Yamaha R7. I'm happy with how my D675 sounds with a Yoshimura, but need to figure out how to capture it better...
It really does, and I love the CP2 engine sound might be one of my favourites. And honestly for recording better audio the best thing you can do is get and external mic and sync it to your footage. I recommend looking at Zooms handy recorder range 👍
Hi mate, hope you enjoy the exhaust it’s a lovely sound. You liking your Trident? And I haven’t got a tune that’s just happening from the exhaust being on there but I do think I’ll get the dnk tune soon but that’ll actually reduce the popping if anything.
Hi mate, so I use the zoom h5 and I have it in an adidas pouch bag thing that I strap around my waist but have the bag on my back. I point the mic towards the side of my bike with the exhaust. I also have the wind filter on the mic but your body basically acts as a block for the wind that’s why there’s little wind noise 👍
