Beautiful. Thanks for the tips. I recently uploaded a video of the 675 with ND16 filter for the first time and FINALLY figured out an ok spot for my zoom h1n. I don't think the audio is as clean as yours, but I'm happy with it. Check it out if you're inclined. 😀
@@mrzclips hi mate, so I have the mic in an adidas pouch that I wear around my waist but with the pouch and mic on my bike and I have the mic facing the side of the bike with my exhaust. My body blocks most of the wind but I also have a wind filter thing over the top of the mic. For settings I just played around with the gain until I found a good spot but it does take awhile. If you haven’t already watch some tutorials on that mic and see how people set there’s up. Hope this helps a bit and let me know if you need anything else 👍
@@mrzclips I've only had success with putting it in the lower part of an Adidas backpack I have. It has a compartment made for carrying a soccerball or pair of cleats. Just as Seb stated, your body blocks most of the wind and the fabric of the pack protects it from any residual turbulance. I would also recommend testing and seeing if wrapping it in a microfiber towel or using a "dead cat" fuzzy wind guard is necessary. I've tried in a waterproof (so windproof?) leg bag, but it doesn't work because the wind is too direct. You need to find a dead spot/wind pocket and then also enclose it the least amount you can get away with (so it doesn't get too muffled). I may put up a video tutorial next week.
@@sr.buruno682 got you mate, I mean I’ve got two bikes just haven’t posted the other one yet and they aren’t cheap I’ll tell you that 😂 I think first off have a good idea where you want to go in life whether that be further education or work because the bike will always come with time cause you’ll find the money for it if that’s what you want. But more specifically, have a good estimate what bike you want, how much the exhaust, insurance, gear and maintenance will cost and start working and saving. There isn’t really a shortcut unless you come into money. Also save money into investment funds I’ve had some really good returns off money I’ve put away in those. Learn about money and be disciplined with how you spend it and save it.
@@SebEastersBikes thanks bro, i'm going to take the entrance exam this year and i hope to pass in mechanical engineering, i want to do an internship and save money to have my motorcycle, i'm thinking about having an economical one, a 250cc, but I know that this will take time, i'm from Brazil and things are not going well, inflation, taxes. This is all very discouraging, in the meantime i will continue watching your videos and supporting you, thanks for the tips
@@sr.buruno682 honestly mate good luck with that I wish you all the best, and I know it’s tough life can be pretty discouraging at times but work hard at the engineering and focus on that and hopefully that works out. And like I said before the bike will come with time, but a 250 is a good place to start just get yourself on a bike when you’re able and get some riding on and you’ll love it. Stay safe and all the best and thanks for the support really means a lot!
If i had such scenery near my town, i'd never go home

Great mate I’m glad. And it took me ages to dial in my settings so it’ll work itself out eventually. And I will definitely check it out mate 👍
@@SebEastersBikes where did you place the mic? im struggling to find a good setting and spot on my h1n, its either too muffled or too windy 🙃
