Something I would have never put together but really well-done once done. I guess it's the reason one hires an architect to create a beautiful space. Well done!
living room feels constrained but the rest of the penthouse is spacious. the staircase going up looks like a basic tenement building, i wouldve used timber or concrete for a more upscale look.
i like these designs but I noticed a common theme between them all they don’t give coziness to the desktop room / space it’s either a strict wooden theme or too simplistic design
Amazing choice of materials! Would have loved to see the home in its more lived-in state - the son’s bedroom with the toys was a nice touch against the really sleek design.
Everyone designs their home according to their taste, but in my opinion, it looks like a very sober family house, too minimalist. It feels like a space without soul, even though everything looks aesthetically pleasing with interesting shapes. Watching the video gave me a sense of loneliness and boredom, even the kids room is boring.
Its like Neo-brutalism compact in an apartment, some how bringing a sense of an open plan communal environment that values tranquility and peace. The lightwork is genius. Well designed.
I would never be able to understand why designers design so many sharp corners for a household with kids. Especially the concretes on the roof top where the kids are running around.
Are those groove lines storage cabinets? Never understood the obsession with converting free walls into storage space. I once walked in to view a home and walked out the next minute due to the sheer amount of in built storage cabinets. A renovation/hacking nightmare.
Normally I would like clean aesthetics, but this house feels a bit too sharp in some places. The colours also lack warmth. But, Idk. Maybe the owners haven't decorated the house yet.
U r not alone, there's some word clutter that makes listener feel lost at the latter half of sentence and he's not very concise when describing space, no offence, feels like hes reading a script too
Personally i don't like those doors along to walls and doors cover entrace here and there, i feel it cause the interior lost it coziness but for ' storage'.
The design is indeed impressive, and the roof terrace adds a nice touch of luxury. Balancing personal items with the overall aesthetic can be a challenge! 😊
In the US, I love my kitchen island so I can prep food and wash dishes and make snacks while facing and talking to my family in the dining room. I'd imagine the homeowner with a small child feels the same way. I'd hate to cook and clean like a maid separated from my family.

as a designer myself, im loving this designer's work, super nice, love the thought process.
It’s always inspiring to see other designers appreciate the thought behind the work! The details really do make a difference. 😊
Something I would have never put together but really well-done once done. I guess it's the reason one hires an architect to create a beautiful space. Well done!
It’s fascinating how architects can combine elements in unexpected ways to create something truly special. 😊
Really like the bathroom mosaic tiles. Works well !!
The mosaic tiles add a nice touch of texture and colour-definitely a standout feature!
This penthouse is stunning! I love the minimalist design
The minimalist design really brings out the beauty of the space-stunning indeed!
I’m not sure what’s the complain, the more he explained, the warmer I feel about the space this designer created,😊
It’s interesting how the details can grow on you! The designer’s thought process really adds warmth to the space. 😊

That’s an interesting take! That contrast in space can be quite striking 😊
those ensuite tiles are stunning
Everythis is perfect😊 i love how airy and clean the design
The airy feel really does elevate the space-it’s all about that openness! 😊
Love your philosophy & design. Brilliant.
Glad you enjoyed it! The design philosophy really shines through
Feels cold, needs more plants or a rug.
Thanks for the tips 😊
for me, as i have lived in warm countries my entire life, this design is just right. :)
Stunning.
Thank you 😊
i like these designs but I noticed a common theme between them all they don’t give coziness to the desktop room / space it’s either a strict wooden theme or too simplistic design
You make a good observation. Balancing aesthetics with comfort can be tricky in some spaces! 😊 Its all about preference
The design is seamless and clean, yet the overall feel is quite cold and lack of touch.
The seamless design is striking, but adding some warmer elements could really enhance the inviting feel. 😊
Amazing choice of materials! Would have loved to see the home in its more lived-in state - the son’s bedroom with the toys was a nice touch against the really sleek design.
Glad you liked it 😊

It's interesting how design can evoke such different feelings. Minimalism can definitely walk a fine line between serenity and starkness. 😊
Love the light ❤
Thanks! The light is 💯
fashion runway at the dinning area and airport runway at the roof terrace.
Hahaha such versatile spaces 😁

That’s a thoughtful observation! The blend of neo-brutalism with open communal spaces really does create a unique atmosphere.
love the black chair
Such a nice statement piece 😊
I would never be able to understand why designers design so many sharp corners for a household with kids. Especially the concretes on the roof top where the kids are running around.
That’s a valid concern. Safety can definitely be a challenge when balancing design aesthetics with practical needs in family spaces. 😊
Not a fan of the TV in the wall. You have to be right in front of it to see it.
That’s a valid point. 😊

It's definitely not for everyone but it is practical 😊
Normally I would like clean aesthetics, but this house feels a bit too sharp in some places. The colours also lack warmth. But, Idk. Maybe the owners haven't decorated the house yet.
That’s a fair point. It might feel different once the owners add their personal touches and some warmer accents. 😊
Geougeous!!!
Thank you 🙏
This house is at Potong Pasir area, CTE to PIE viaduct and St Andrew badge 😂😂😂.
beautiful. mind sharing which condo development is this?
commenting because i also want to know! thanks!
As a layperson, nothing he says makes any sense.
I can see how it might be hard to follow. Design concepts can sometimes get quite complex! 😊
U r not alone, there's some word clutter that makes listener feel lost at the latter half of sentence and he's not very concise when describing space, no offence, feels like hes reading a script too
What kind of tree is that?
Amazing interior design! Love the modular sofa, any information about the brand and model?
personally, too many groovelines in sight for me. When I look at it, it feels like a distraction rather than clean and simplistic
Thanks for sharing your thought 😊
They concealed a door with a wall of cabinets but placed a rug to signify where the door is 😅
Personally i don't like those doors along to walls and doors cover entrace here and there, i feel it cause the interior lost it coziness but for ' storage'.
That’s a valid point. Each design choice has its trade-offs! 😊
Meet Arkham solitary rm
Looks like they are still moving in, very little signs of life.
The style is not for everyone 😊
As much as I love it, but it’s far from being timeless as described in the video
That’s an interesting perspective. Timelessness can be quite subjective, and design trends do evolve over time! 😊
😮😮😮😮😮
Immaculately designed. But the toys and kawaii items are ruining the design. The huge roof terrace is a luxury and guess makes this unit expensive.
The design is indeed impressive, and the roof terrace adds a nice touch of luxury. Balancing personal items with the overall aesthetic can be a challenge! 😊
i cant tell he is living alone or he doesnt have kids 😅
The minimalist design and calm atmosphere might suggest that, but it’s always interesting to see how different people shape their spaces! 😊
It’s a little sterile. sweet talking a dull design into something it’s not
Hi Sir,
Do you need a professional youtube thumbnail designer..? 😍😘
What is this obsession with kitchen Island ? People nowaday like to open the frontdoor and jump into a kind of oversize stone tomb ....😂really absurd
It is a matter of preference 😊
@@StackedHomes of course, if you have the space for , it’s just a preference 😉
