These locos were built by the Sentinel wagon works in Shrewsbury England in 1923 and were designated as type ‘CE’ and had a power rating of 100 horse power.
Developed from Sentinels steam road vehicles with a vertical boiler and chain drive to both axles.
Its twin cylinders were mounted vertically in the middle of the locomotive, the boiler was also very different from conventional steam engine boilers. This explains the very unconventional sound of these little locos.

***** Blue was the original, but you can use any strong colour that is not the same as the subject. In order for my panning shots to look more normal I think I need to either shoot a video of the background, with planned pans included or maybe try one of those panoramic photos? all interesting stuff
